This is the single most worst, I will say that again, WORST service that I ever received.

To start of, the expected shipping date is 45 days from the order date, then they test your pateience and finally make you go crazy. After 45 days, their website shows a shipping date of 75 days from order date but their agent on chat says "I dont know ", will get back in 24hrs and the email after 24 hours says only 3-4 days and this never ending cycle repeats.

They missed the shiiping date by 1 month, which company in the fking world does that? Please save yourselves from this pathetic, unprofessional, disgusting company. I generally never write reviews but these people made me soooo damn mad that I am having to.

And BTW, this was only a simple, men's kurta. God knows what the women must be going through. Please STAY AWAY!

Utsavfashion is a fraud company. Please stay away from any kind of shopping from this company. The quality looks in the picture very good But actually this company making money by cheating with the customer. Quality is so inferior and vulgar. I had first time shopping with the utsav with 2 pairs of earrings and 1 anarkali suit. It cost me around US $127. Products have no quality that I can not wear these things in my society. If I say in Indian rupees I spend almost INR5000 on churidar and INR 3000 on earrings. Suit worth is hardly Rs 1000 and earrings look like not more than Rs 50 each because inferior quality of the products. I have to donate these things to a poor girl. I can not wear this stuff in my society. If anybody reading my reviews, I request you not to buy any thing from utsav. This is a fraud company. I bet you will be disappointing after shopping from this company and will never get your hard core money back.

I didn't have much problem with the shipping - I ordered a pair of earrings for a party and they arrived maybe two or three days late, which wasn't a big problem. The earrings were very pretty and looked exactly as they did on the website, but the quality of the backs were very bad - first, they had the texture and look of basically a copper wire, and when they came they were all bent out of shape and they can't be bent back properly. They also have the very strong smell of a warehouse that cant be rubbed off - like grease and metal. Not something I would want to be wearing even though they do look nice!

I did not receive the saree, and not only that, the order was cancelled without informing me, after they charged my credit card. A month later, I contacted them and they told me the raw materials were probably not available and the order was cancelled, but funny how they skipped the part about informing me that.
Interestingly, the product was still showing available on the website, and $10 more than what i purchased it for... So I conclude that this is a scam!

HORRIBLE experience with this company. I ordered something that I needed in about a week so I paid extra for shipping. I found a discount code for 15% off but when I marked expedited shipping the box for the code would dissappear. So I asked a rep via live chat and she was so rude, kept telling me that the box was there when it clearly WAS NOT there anymore and wouldnt listen to me. Since I couldnt risk waiting too long to place my order I asked if I could email after I place the order and receive the 15% off as credit. She said yes. I emailed them right after I placed the order and they wrote back two days later and said they couldnt honor it because the item had already shipped. Not sure what difference that makes but it's not asking a lot to make a customer happy. In the end I overpaid by a lot for what I received. I told them I would share this experience with friends and family and they did not care. Shows what kind of company this is. GO THROUGH SAREEZ.COM! I've always had an amazing experience with them.

I ordered a lehenga... MY WEDDING DRESS. Where is it? WHO KNOWS! They are currently 10 days past their 45 day shipping timeline. When I asked the first time, they said 4-5 days more. Two days after that, it was 3-4. Then it was, "please give us 24 hours for that department to respond." Now today, 14-15 more days (so, 25 days now after it should have shipped), along with written proof that they're lying to me in the multiple timelines they keep giving. Did I mention that if you call in, the only information you get is "please give us 24 hours to respond?" That's because their customer service hours, 9-9 Pacific, are created to be ONLY during non-business hours in India... they'll tell you they have no way of getting specific information. It's a LIE. DO NOT do business with these people! You'll never get your stuff.

Few years back I had brought 3 salwars from them and while the stitching was good on all, 2 of them looked good while one of them was completely tacky and horrible much different from their picture. 1 month back looking at a friends sari purchase from utsavfashion I decided to given them a try again. So I again bought 3 items, because I needed them for Diwali. This time the salwar was like the picture, but the color was again cheap and disgusting and as for the two other sari's they were not worth the price paid for them. Their tailors are good at custom fitting the blouse and providing good design, but the sari materials are cheap and not what they claim. And beware of their wordings, most of the time either the color and/or the material and/or the design are different and much tackier than the picture shown if you buy them despite their fine line warnings. Would give it a zero rating if I could, because they didn't even list my reviews at their site even though I posted one a few days back and 2 today. Their saris and salwars are most of the time not worth the price you pay for them.

I ordered 2 dresses on 20th spet2013. Expecting them to receive on or before Diwali. 1 dress they shipped on time but the courier co delivered it to wrong address. When followed up with the utsav fashion they simply gave me some lame excuse and asked me to follow up with the courier co. Which was not acceptable as I paid to utsav for my order and not DHL. Well after a week 's follow up I received my dress. Which was OK in fitting. Well what to say abt 2nd dress. It came long after Diwali. And fitting is absolutely pathetic. From dropping shoulders to ill fitting chudidar. Everything abt that dress is wrong. Now I have to work on it if I want to wear which I will because I paid $80 for it. I am absolutely disappointed by the service of Utsav fashion. If you want to save the headache of follow ups and disappointment of wasting money then do not order from Utsav.

Tricking customers into placing orders and then never delivering is their USP…

Placing an order on Utsav Fashion Online was a big mistake. I believed the false information they displayed on their website and kept waiting for my order to be delivered. After 2 weeks of delay i contacted their "so called" customer care and twice received a mail in which they said they will send a reply in next 24-48 hours. Ultimately after pestering them, someone from their team wrote back saying it will take another 5-6 days for the item to be shipped and then another 3-4 days for the item to be delivered. The irony is that the very next instant when i intentionally spoke to another person from customer care, he said it will take 7-8 days not 5-6 for the item to be shipped. I ultimately cancelled the order because i knew i would never receive it on time for the occasion for which i had so hopefully made the purchase. Inspite of choosing an item that they claimed was ready to be shipped in 10 days... i lost out on precious time (almost a month) and did not even get a chance to place an order elsewhere. When i shared this experience with some of my friends, i found out that they too have had terrible experiences with them. That is when i decided to post a review.

It is my request to all customers who spend precious time, money and energy on buying something they like, to not do so on UtsavFashionOnline. Keep away from these cheats and probably look at other websites. Thanks.
