I visited utsavfashion.com At the time of my younger brother wedding. But i have no time for purchase Lehanga, saree and matching accessories. I was too busy in arrangements for wedding and in rituals. But my sister in law suggest me to surf Utsavfashaion.com. I visited this site it was totally fantastic and awesome collection. Finaly brought 2 sarees and 1 lehenga and Jewellery with 40% discount. Delivery service was too good and and every time prefer this site first..

Utsav fashions you web site is a black hole of technical errors and your support staff have brains which are a sorry excuse for the same black hole that is your site. Due to some issue with your website my order was placed with a wrong coupon code and a duplicate set of the items sat in my bag / cart even after the order was placed. I was supposed to get a 20% first time user discount... apparently it has an expiry date (which was never mentioned in their email which had the code) now they tell me they can only offer a 10% on the next order. How bad do you have to be at math to come up with this as a solution?

My very first onine order with Utsav which arrived yesterday 29 Oct 15 - within 21 days of order & payment with Paypal with product in good condition & delivered securely by DHL. However - this is where the good part ends. The colour of the net saree that the model is wearing on the online ad and the description of product as "light teal" is totally a different shade of green from the colour of the saree that was delivered to me. Instead of "teal" - the saree and the petticoat is a bright green colour - only the embroidered patterned flower is light teal. The overall colour of the saree the model is wearing definitely looks "light teal" not bright green which was sent to me. I made no mistake in my order & only 4 colour choices are available in this design which are all different. When I notified the Utsav info line immediately after I opened the package - I got an auto response. I sent a couple more emails and no response to to date other than the generic auto reply. Be wary of drastic colour variation which are not just "minor" as stated in their website. Online shopping is all about accurate visual presentation and accurate description. There is a mention of free accessory but when placing the order I could not locate the correct link to order this. Utsav team is very quick to entice you to place an order with a 24 hour valid only discount with "free shipping". I am all for supporting Indian businesses but I wish I had a positive experience for a first timer. Suggest you ask for a small snip of material be sent to you but I doubt this will be entertained. Use Paypal for payment. As they say - caveat emptor!

After receiving payment for $ 104 they said they haven't received payment. I told them my card statement shows it was deducted from my account and I have a paypal receipt, they still kept saying they have not received the payment. The live chat guys are actually Dead Chat guys... it says agent is typing but they never type or answer our questions.
They are bring shame to the nation. I have never seen such fraud / fake guys.
I did not wanted to give any stars its not worth it. Stop browsing this website, its waste of TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY.

I bought a $500 lehenga and it said it'd arrive within 45 days.

They kept pushing the date forward. Now it's been more than two months and they're finally sending it.

Today I got a text from DHL to pay $69.99 for shipment charges. It came from India to Boston and is sitting at a DHL in Boston waiting for me to pay $70.

EVEN THOUGH IT SAID FREE SHIPPING. They charged me $9.99 when I checked out and I let it go because it was only $10.

Now... It's a nightmare. Getting married soon and I don't have my lehenga

They're the worst. I'll boycott their event at the Burlington Marriott this weekend if this isn't fixed right away.

It has horrible customer service I received in my life. I ordered four shalwar kamiz Same size in one order. They sent me one by one in 18 days. Only one dress perfect in fitting and rest of three was either to tight or too loose. When we contact customer service they told return it we will refund your money, after I shipped dresses back, they gave credit back. But you know how much? They gave me credit only 50% of my total payment. When I again contact them they told me we will reply within 24 hours. But there is no call or email within 72 hours. Then again I call back to customer service to resolve my issue. But same answer. After all that I have to use slang language. Then they contact me and said they will give me credit for my return shipping but no answer for my 50% payment. This company is cheater. If we order same size cloth more than one pair, why they have difference fitting? Also is this customer fait?
I never suggest to purchase from this company. This company making their country image bad to world wide.

This business is absolutely unprofessional. I bought five sets of jewelry from these crooks. They sent them in three different deliveries, and I had to pay COD on each delivery. When I got the first delivery. I opened the set, I pick up one of the earrings and a gem automatically falls off. I had to super glue it back on. I received the next delivery like 15 days later. I opened one of the sets, I try on the necklace and I can't even wear it for a second, they used some type of thread on the back of the necklace to tie it together. It's so sharp nobody can wear it! The last delivery was the worst, it was like they just threw the jewelry into the case and shipped it. I opened one of the jewelry cases and the earrings were just laying loose inside the case on top of the necklace and then I open up the second case, the necklace was BROKEN. This is absolutely unacceptable. Keep in mind that they said I would have to wait 10 days for these two sets to be shipped out, I waited 20 days and THE NECKLACE CAME BROKEN. Wtf. Whoever reads these reviews, please do not waste your time and money on this website, they are all fraudsters. I paid over $300 for five cheap sets of jewelry. If I have anything to say to this company, please stop ripping people off and shut your business down, we don't want to be throwing our hard earned money down the drain!

These guys doesn't have any professionalism in keeping up the promises. I chose a saree for gifting my wife on our 10yr anniversary. I made sure it was ready to ship one, when I placed the order, it said 4 days to ship which was acceptable. I had a chat with them and made sure it will arrive on time before placing the order. It has been 1 week and it is still in process. I made multiple calls to their customer care and guess what you hear the same crap (we are so sorry, apologies etc). Now, I feel so bad for chosing this company for a gift so important in my life.
