I found out about their website through facebook. I ordered a dress worth $220 + semi stitch charges + custom charges to be shipped to canada. The dress was worn off, threads hanging all over, ripped off from shoulders and dupatta. I was very frustrated and emailed them about it. Nobody in their office even replied to me. They were very fast to reply to emails during payment but after that its like a dead end. So please NEVER BUY FROM THEM IF YOU LIVE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY.

My product arrived today and I'm so disappointed with the item. It looks nothing like the picture. I spent $120 on this dress and it looks like a $50 salwar kameez. I'm just shocked at how horrible this product looks. I can't believe I waited 3 weeks for this. The colors look faded and fabric looks cheap. How are they still in business! Huge disappointment! Stop robbing people of their hard earned money. At least make the items their real worth. I will never buy from this website again. I can't even describe my disappointment. Just disgusting of how easily they can get away with this. All the items on their website is so expensive even for a cotton dress. So I should of known better than to trust them. Fraud and you just lost another customer utsavfashion.

I enjoy shopping and even just browsing on your website. There are so many lovely artisitic creations, as well as trendy practical items that I have enjoyed the experience. It has also helped to open my mind to many things and I have learned alot. The purchasing experience has been beneficial and a generally positive one. I hope to do more. Thank you.

I ordered two outfits based on the size guide provided online, however when I received the items, the sizes were way too small. I emailed them to tell them of the problem. Only after three emails back and forth was I given instruction to return. In their instructions, they say we have to send the package back with a tracking number. If you live overseas, sending a package with tracking number can be over $100 and is essentially doubling the amount you already paid for the outfits not to mention the duties. So overall if I did this, I would have paid close to $300 for a $150 base purchase. It doesn't make sense and is really bad customer service. They don't offer alternatives or solutions as most online retailers do when it comes to returns. So now I may not get my refund. I would not recommend ordering from this site if you live overseas.It is just a hassle. I would rather pay more money locally.

I would provide them negative star rating if there was an option. I made an order for size 40 and they sent me size 42 which was actually size 44. They just changed the size sticker by altering and sticking sticker for size 42 on top of size 44 sticker. They forgot to take out size 44 sticker and got busted. My wife got petty mad on me for her $#*!ty birthday gift from Utsav. What a $#*!ty customer service... F**** u B**** Utsav... SAY NO TO UTSAV

I was expecting an order I placed, never got it and went into order status just to check. To my very surprise they have cancelled the order without notifying me. I then understood that by mistake they had that specific item on sale which they did not intend to in the first place, so if I were to pay the full price they would "try" to deliver it within few weeks (which ofcourse if of no use to me because the ceremony I ordered the item for would have been long past by then). Spent long time on chat. But no use! Please stay away from ordering at utsavfashion.com. Flipkart. Amazon. Etc are much better and more reliable.
