Couldn't wear the top as too bulky and since I didn't have the top I couldn't wear the saree. Very beautiful though - it will sit in my closet.

While the sharee was like the pictures, the custom-made stitched blouse was awful. The seams were too sloppy and it hung loose on my body like a baggy top. So disappointed!

I ordered a yoga bag. After ordering I saw all the negative reviews and became worried. But I shouldn't have my order was dispatched within the 10 day dispatch window a bit long I agree but they did put that on the product information so no worries. I was supplied with tracking details the day of dispatch and when my order arrived it was exactly what I ordered, no defects, everything was as specified. I have no hesitation about shopping with them again.

I ordered a lengha from them and it was pretty. Measurements were accurate except the color didn't look completely the same. Its still a beautiful suit. I had a bad experience with dhl though who delivers the suits for them. Didn't leave it at my front door but pressed against my deck door so I didn't think I received it until 3 days later.

I had a couple of issues but I was amazed by the prompt response from ustav. They gave me option of returning or replacing the item. I am very happy with their service. I had to meet a deadline so instead of relying on emails only they even called me on my mobile.

Theres couple of time I'm not satisfied with my shopping experiences here nevertheless I can't look away from Utsav. There's dozen of other shop online just like Utsav but none are like Utsav.
