The company's rain check policy is very harsh. We were not able to use the slide due to severe weather and we were not given a rain check because the slide had already been delivered (well before the party start time and when the skies were still blue). The guys who delivered and set up the slide were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Fantastic rental experience! The bounce house arrived early and was exactly as advertised. Very happy with the whole experience.

This was so easy! The price was perfect -better priced than other rentals we looked at. The delivery was easy, earlier than expected so we got plenty of extra time, and the delivery drivers were so nice and professional! The bounce house waterslide was in great condition and very clean. We had a great experience! They showed up on time and the staff were super helpful. The only frustration was communication prior to our event. We didn't hear back from our contact in a very timely manner and had a difficult time getting straight answers, which led to some confusion with invoices, contracts, etc. But all things considered, it was a fantastic experience!

The blowup was amazing and my kids had a blast. The delivery experience was extremely frustrating. I called the morning of to confirm timing and was told it would be there no earlier than 12:15 and if they are early, someone will call me. So I headed to Lagoon for my little guys birthday and as I park, I get a phone call that they are at my house (at 10:30!) and if they can't deliver now, delivery won't work today because they have to go to Utah county. Very poor communication.

They delivered a day early and picked up a couple hours late, which gave us some extra time to play. They were helpful when deciding where I should put it in my yard. They staked it down and tied it to a tree, so I wasn't worried about it flipping with a bunch of boys playing on it.

Wonderful team to work with. We had a large event with multiple inflatables, zip lines, stunt jump, aero bungie, swings, and some lawn games. Bouncin bins team arrived on time and were very good to work with. We will use them again for a future event!

The only complaint I have about my experience is I requested the wall from 2:30-6:30 and the wall did not show up until 3:50 and still needed to be set up. The event was at 4:00pm so I guess just pay better attention to travel time and event time to not cut things so close. Other than that, staff was great to work with.

Delivery was on time and very kind. Wanted to make sure that we were completely set before he left. He did a complete walk through and came back with a blower to clean the slide off. The only thing that I was sad about, was the slide was not a water slide. I thought when a booked it I was booking a water slide. I will need to pay more attention to the site as it says, Wet/Dry Slides and I accidentally chose a dry slide.

Second summertime rental of the water slide from Utah Bouncin Bins and again the children had a great great time. The front office personal were very helpful, and the young man who set up and took it down was a nice individual with a professional demeanor. Positives all around.

We rented a dinosaur bounce house and water slide combo for my son's birthday and it was amazing. They came to set it up and take it down quickly. We had a lot of fun and it was so simple to schedule and use. We will for sure do it again.
