Bouncin Bins was so great to work with! They love helping schools and were a big part of our school carnival. Since we are not able to have any inflatables at our schools anymore we were so grateful that they had many options for us to still rent and make our carnival a success. They were very kind and professional whenever I called, as well as the delivery driver. Everything went so smooth with them and we couldn't have been happier
The gentlemen who did the set up were timely and efficient! Everything was set up and ready to go before my people showed up and that was even with a delay because I wasn't sure where they were supposed to set up and had to confirm. They were really great and patient.
I've rented from Bouncin Bins two years in a row for my daughter's birthday. I have been happy with the service. The bounce house was delivered early and set up quickly. The team was polite and efficient. The bounce house was clean and in good condition. I will definitely rent from them again!

Utah Bouncin Bins were great to work with! I called them last minute on the day of the event and they were able to book two bounce houses for me for that evening! They were on time with delivery and pickup. They were really easy to work with and I was impressed by their customer support both on the phone as I was booking and with the employees who delivered the bounce houses. I would highly recommend this company!

We rented a bounce house with a slide and it was a hit! The delivery was early, the setup was efficient, the people who dropped the house off were lovely. There was excellent communication about time frames and they did a great job with the space provided! A+ all around!

Easy to book lots of choices as well. On the Jacobs ladder i would recommend you put some type of padding on the steel cross bar the ropes are attached to on of the kids fell on the bar and got hurt ( she was fine just took her breath away) but it need a pad for sure. Driver were on time and set everything up quickly would rent again for sure.

Great service! The people at the office were friendly and knew all the answers to my questions. The delivery team were on time and maneuvered a school playground and a lot of people very safely and carefully. I highly recommend this business!

We noticed about an hour after the slide was blown up and water added that it was losing air at the bottom of the slide. It was forming a pool on the right side. When we mentioned it to the guy at pick up he just told us "Oh I'm sorry. I don't know why it did that". Other then that it was a good time.
They also did not call or text me when they were on there way like they said they were. They came a lot earlier then requested so I'm just glad someone was there.

Excellent service from beginning to end. The attendant at the Climbing Wall was amazing and kept things going the whole three hours. Friendly service and equipment was in great condition. Love Bouncing Bins.

They were so professional! They were early in setting up. They were helpful and patient in directing us with hoses, power, etc. The slide was amazing! Kids had a blast! And, kids were still on it at 5pm when they came to take it down and they were so kind and nice as we got all the kids off for them to disassemble! I will only be calling them in the future!

Although the website isn't the best their customer service more than makes up for it. They always answer fast and are great to work with. The bounce house and cotton candy machine worked flawlessly. Love this place

It's a simple but straightforward UI
Company made it very easy to book for an event, and had great follow 48 hours prior to event start. They arrived and set up both items within 15 minutes of arrival, very impressive! Afterward they were a little late for pick up, but after calling the company they said we can leave the items there in the park and we could leave
