Put in and address and was found but to get info had to pay. After paying for the info they just couldn't seem to find the address again. Finally put in another address that i wasn't really interested in and lo and behold it appeared. This is a ripoff!

Yes this company is a no show for me! I have called for help as to why my account was canceled with credits remaining no help there was directed to e-mail which I did. Still no response! What a let down! I thought this company could help to make fast decisions on real estate! Guess its back to public records for me. Today I missed out on a quick sale because I couldn t get a report? The website indicated I would be charged $1.25 to download information on a single property, but when I finished signing on, I received a $. 95 charge along with a second $19.95 charge, both of which I did NOT see when signing on. I immediately called their 800 number and an associate was very kind and agreed to refund the charges. I was sent an email indicating the charges to be removed. I will watch my credit card to see if, in fact, they are.

It appears I purchased a 95 cent review and then ended up with a $30/month membership charged to my credit card. No emails were ever sent on any of the transactions, though when i called they confirmed they had my email address.
Have no recollection of using the site, nor any need.

When searching for a property report on our site you must enter your general personal information as well as a valid email address and your credit card information for billing purposes. If the account is yours or a family member may have accessed it we can help you directly at [email protected]. When you purchase their 1 dollar report which contains nothing useful, they will send you a download link, if you click that is how you get deceived, because the link is for subscribing their monthly report which cost you 20 dollar a month, not the link you think you have paid for. They intentinally hide that cost. They do provide their 1 dollar report but thet intentionally make it hard to see. That is the trick they always play. Look at how many complaints here. We are not idiot!

First, there was additional $19.95 charges, not $1.95 as they asked before the order!, Second, the report they gave me was totally trivial information, only include address and number of bathrooms and bedrooms of the house.Is that the type of information you want to spend money on? Btw, do not trust their staffs explanation here! They NEVER NEVER mention the additional charge! And it's monthly subscription! I have to stop my card, what a $#*!!

I own the property I searched and just wanted to find out the current value. I paid and downloaded the report but the information on it was completely wrong! It listed 3 unites, when the property has four. It listed four bedrooms when the property has eight. It listed the year of being built as 1906 when its actually 1901 (i know, small difference but it just shows that this website can't get anything correct)... etc etc. I would not trust this site for any information.

I paid $. 95 for a 1 time search. I did not find out until after I paid that the search provided no results. Upon examining my account, I noticed the company had tacked on an additional $19.95 monthly fee. They did not send me any email receipt or warning of this fee. Extremely unprofessional & I would consider this fraud. Stay far away from this company!

I was also scammed. Thought I was paying $1.95 but ended up with $20 subscription. Received email saying account was cancelled but no word about refund. No phone response and no live chat. Beware.
Follow up to my original comment above. After several emails I received a refund but I had to be persistent. First this company needs to revamp their website to make it clearer exactly what is being charged. Second the employees obviously don't communicate since today Joshua commented on my review suggesting that if I had asked for a refund I would have got one. Well I did request one and I have received one but someone forgot to let Joshua in customer service know.

I thought I was just paying a one time fee of $1.95 for a report, but when I check my account theres two charges of. 95 and 19.95. Not once did i click to sign up for the premium account. I authorized a 1.95 charge not 19.95. Straight scammers for a report that doesn't have much info. One and done with this company. Time will tell if they hold up to their word on refunding me the money.

They post their fee as. 95 then tack on another fee for 19.95. No mention of that second fee in their ad. Avoid them they are thieves They also reported that the house I was researching was a 3 bathroom home when I know for a fact it only has 2 bathrooms..

The owner of this website is a thief. You think you are signing up a single report for $0.95 or $1.95 before giving them your credit card number. What you don't know and they don't tell you is that you are signing up a monthly recurring payment of $19.95. By the time you caught these fraudulent charges from your credit card statement, you will find out quickly that canceling your "membership" is not an option on their website. You call and email them, but will never get responded. I had to file a credit card claim to fight the charges. Big pain. Do not use their service. You will feel sorry like I did.
