This place is a Scam. Not only you cant reach them by phone once I signed up for $1.35 cents they did not provide any records and once I canceled the same day they did not charge me $1.35 cents they charged me $19.95 and 0.95 cents also. Don't use them they are crocks where you cant even reach them. I filed with my Capital One hopufuly they will help.

After paying your $1.50 - they redirect you to a page to sign up for a monthly subscription for 29.99 per month. There is a button on the very bottom in non-attention grabbing color of grey - where you can proceed with the original basic report without getting snared into a subscription.
There are more complete reports available online that I found that has more detail offered.
Stay away from this one, they do not offer anything that is even worth the $1.50.

Tried the second an third times today to place credit card number for report. Would not transact but continued to request credit card info. Three times $1.25 with no satisfaction or ability to speak with customer service spells scam

Tried service to get property taxes for a charge of $0.95, was also charged a recuring $19.95 for a monthly subscription, they do not answer thier phone and the link to their websit does not work, seems to be a scam

The search was fast and and estimate was similar to other free sites I viewed. I liked the additional information I viewed regarding my property. Just make sure you're careful to read the screen so as to not select something you're not interested in such as continued viewing of other properties which cost additional money.
