I paid a very minimum amount for this report but if your going to charge at least get the basics correct. My house is only 1062 sq. Ft. But the report says over 1600 sq. Ft so then is the estimate correct considering there is a 600 sq. Ft. Difference. Everything else looks correct.

The information was just what I was looking for with a lot of extra bits I hadn't thought of. Great report.

They changed me 19$ for membership and I just asked for one report and one report cost 1.25$ only.
I thought they will tell about the taxes and if the property has any dept or more information about it but all the information that I got, I could get it by myself from google. They talk about climate and street and... useless info. Don't ever try it guys it's useless.

Good. For the price of the standard report you can't beat it. However a few more financial numbers as far as local comparisons and estimated current value would be nice.

Saw a lot of bad reviews. The company charges a 19.99 fee on top of the 1.25 dollar search. I did not need that service. They refunded my 1999. I just asked nice.
