What a scam! I paid twice and got nothing! Why didn't I read reviews before I started?

I looked up my own house! It was brand new when I bought it 7 years ago and I personally know the family that formerly owned the land that my house was built on. The report listed the current owners as people who live in another state! I only spent $1.25 for the "basic" report, but the site was relentless in trying to convince me to buy "additional" information. Total BS!

Do not use realty records, I used them for a one time search which was to cost only $. 95 cents. They then signed me up for a premium service at $19.95 per month without my knowledge. Tried to get my money back and they refused.

Look for a single property. Got charged $19.95 per month for 3 additional months. Did not sign up for a long term contract.

Watch out they will charge you more then what they show. Then they start charging you every month even though you said transaction only!

MLS has this house listed incorrectly and this was a good source of information. This could be the reason the house is not selling.
