Last year around this time, I was able to ship packages to and from Saudi Arabia, no issue, no loss of packages, no searching my stuff.

This year I try the same thing, now. Because it's an Arab country. We can't send any perfumes, or bottled items. NOR any homemade snacks or foods. They try to charge a fee to send the other things and state that they will open my package and search it. $#*!ing despicable place, should be defunded and the contract given to someone else.

The customer service is very bad, the answering machine can't put you through to an agent to resolve the problem,USPS needs to have competent people, not machines.!

Mail not arriving
November 15, 2023

I receive three subscriptions that all come within a day or two of each other or at least is supposed to. One is my subscription to Cirkul and usually arrives on the 11th with the books I get for grandchildren from the Dolly Parton imagination library. I got the books but not my Cirkul. It's has now traveled all over Indiana and just checked on it to see it's now in South Carolina. I'm very upset as it should of went straight to Evansville then Owensboro to Beaver Dam Ky. Why is that so hard to do? Please do better USPS

How does this lame $#*! service stay in business? They
Can't even deliver a simple package to a po box.
My package was within 10 miles of my home and NOW the morons have sent it back to Chicago from Texas. WTF? This is the LAST time I trust these fools with something as important as medicine! Tracking # LE*******GB

Crazy

It was like groundhogs day… trying over and over to change our address! Incredibly frustrating! Called tech support. The fix was to clear my safari browsing history. So the website would let me put in each time about 30 pieces of info (name, when to start address change ect) until the very end of this fun experience… then it would say system error! I finally called usps tech support only to be made to feel like it was no big deal and that clearing my history was a normal thing. So then I needed to help my Mother in law change her address. Again… got to enter a lot of info to get system error AGAIN! Called tech support again! This time I was told to switch browsers to google. That worked. This is insane! This website should WORK without doing these "fixes". I should not need to enter ALOT of information only to get system error at the end! This was a HUGE waste of my time and VERY frustrating at a time that's already very frustrating with moving! I can only pray they fix this mess!

You will not get your parcel.
You will not get any customer service.
Their customer service is a bizarre Dr Suess cross Alice in Wonderland merry go round/labyrinth that will only lead to anger, frustration and despair that seems deliberately designed to frustrate and confuse.
If you did your job this badly you would die of starvation. I have no idea how USPS is not bankrupt. Mail services in the third world are more reliable.
USPS seems to be some weird analogy for the regression of Western society, or the antagonist in a horror movie.
I will never use USPS again. I will never again purchase anything from any vendor that uses USPS.
You have been warned.

If they don't wanna leave your mail or you're packages, they say access not available or something like that. The older postman used to care about the mail and use to make sure they get it to you. These new people. Just don't care.

$10.65 Charge for What?
November 10, 2023

Sent off a Birthday Card with the expected 2 day delivery. Was charged $10.65 on 11/6/2023 said it would be there on 11/8/2023. Today is the 10th of November and I looked up to see if card was delivered. Its says it is in transit, expect delivery by the 13 of November. Thats 1 week after mailing, I could have sent it first class for 65 cents and it would have already got there. I'm talking about from Abilene,Tx to Omaha,Ne. They should not be allowed to sell you a 2 day promise for $10.65 and not deliver when stated! Post Office SUCKS big time.

I live in Mesa AZ and went to port office to send a package to Salem Oregon. I paid for a faster delivery, they offered me USPS Ground Advantage. I mailed the package on November 03 2023, the receiver was supposed to receive the package November 6 2023. Talking to the person who will received the package she still have not received the package on November 9. I went to the post office and asked about the package delivery status. I sent the package to Salem, Oregon, I am not sure where the post office sent the package but they told me the package is in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and they are not sure when the package will arrive to Oregon. They are blaming the sorting machine and they are not responsible for whatever happened

During this past months I've been having issues with all my packages because either they never arrived or they get the wrong address, obviously in my residence people never return the packages and keep them so in other words stolen. And the packages that never arrive I have to ask for refunds all the time but it's something that I'm tired of doing because I don't want to look bad for the seller and it seems like it's the same delivery woman that works and doesn't care, I mean I know that she has a lot of places to deliver but that it's her job to do so.

Usps Incompetent

2 Day Priority shipping, can not be trusted,in fact the intire usps can not be trusted,with any package forget about sending perishables won't make it on time 2 times now we have had 23 lbs of food destroyed by postal service who verbally told me package will arrive in 2 days, HUH I paid high dollar shipping to have packages to arrive on time,they arrive 4 to 6 days instead of 2, non of the usps employees have a clue on tracking, locating, or any kind of knowledge where the packages are at any given time, it's a f ING joke, nobody is responsible for anything,I'm done trusting them with anything. My advise find another way to send packages.

Wrong address

We received a notice from USPS which started our package was at our door. Went to our door and NO package. Fortunately an honest neighbor from the next street brought it to our house. Thank you Lord there's still a few honest people because the package was very important to us. Our grandbaby 2nd birthday gift.

I ordered stamps online, I kept forgetting to go into post office…. They never got here yet said delievered a couple days ago. Lost In mail? Given to wrong address? Idk. Not a happy customer

Package delivery

Package received by usps on October 24. I did many calls, useless no one indicate me where is my parcel when I check online they just show me still moving through network when I put it my USPS number that doesn't show anything they just show 24th October receiving and 28th October still moving I am very upset. No one helping us cannot tell me where package is currently nor give me any details on delivery date just show package delayed

American sellers are angry that Canadian customers are not receiving their packages and Canadian customers are angry that they are not receiving their packages with USPS, this problem must be resolved please thank you.

I will never send a package through the service again. They lost my package put in another's box, wouldn't give me my insurance on package and didn't charge the receiver of package in their box with a federal crime which that is taking others mail. I'd use less than one star if possible.

Well she says no name no mail but my name was on the box I spoke with the higher ups who hid her identity so they played accomplice to her federal crime and even said what she did was both illegal and against policy but did nothing to rectify it she's still works there these people are legit federal criminals who then protect there own from the repercussions of the crimes they commit against us they respond but never do anything and don't follow up I have been trying to get the individuals information though them for months to pursue charges cuz if I went in person to the location well it just might not go well for me with how much anger I have for this situation and another issue more recent overnight shipping of live fish means 3 days later they will get u your 100 dollar shipment of dead fish floating in bags and leave u $#*!ed cuz they can't even do there job

Your phone services are horrible. I had one question and still can't reach any one to help me. I do not know how to get my package. The automatize line doesn't get you to a live person. Doesn't even know how to help me locate a pack you just sent me an email about. This is horrible I do not recommend that any one use USPS services. I am not giving any stars. I am going to leave a review everyday because this is horrible customer service. You can't even leave a review without clicking a star. Again horrible

Sent fishing tackle to the west coast in one priority box. Failed to meet scheduled date, no info on updates. And they wonder why the usps has such a poor reputation.
