I've had 3 packages multiple days late and am still waiting on 1 that was supposed to arrive yesterday.i spent over $400 to have my packages arrive on time and was told there's no type of refund,credit,NOTHING!I will NEVER ship anything usps again,EVER!I can see why the post office is going bankrupt!

SERVICE NO IS GOOD

This service is the worst, I have spent 1 week wating a Package from Dallas to Houston, and when I go to the office the workers treat the clients badly and yell at us

Better off using UPS

Two weeks ago I sent off a certified letter to some attorneys that was time sensitive I was told it would be there following Monday it's now been 2 weeks later and it still sitting at some facility attorneys have not received it even though I paid for it to be certified in on time somebody is obviously incompetent

They are extremely slow

This review is for my last 3 packages given a expected delivery date and then getting my package 3-4 days late is not acceptable they all stayed in the same place for 3 days (Evansville) I won't be using them again for package service if I have the choice FedEx and ups delivered on time on numerous occasions in this same time period and on or before expected delivery date

Total chaos

December 6…ordered stamps to be mailed…didn't want to go wait in line at the post office. Arrived at Kansa City Mo on the 8th…in transit on December 13. Arrived in Columbus Ohio on the 14th….8 days now. I'm in New York so guessing a couple more days before they arrive. Ridiculous….better I had waited in line…my Christmas cards should have been in the mail right now. Good luck getting them where they need to be before Christmas. So much for efficiency with our US Postal Service. Won't be doing this again.

Stay away from new service USPS Advantage Ground if you need your package will be delivered in right time or at least in one week! But if it is OK for your the package will be delivered 10+ days - it is a good option with low price.
USPS Ground Advantage service is an affordable and reliable way to send packages inside the U.S. expected in 2–5 business days (it is their information), but how I found every second package was delivered twice longer. I don't understand why, but packages shipped with USPS Ground Advantage ARE SITTING in same city they were shipped from during 5 business days! It took 5+ days just move my packages from my Zip USPS facility to another side of our town.
Package Shipped at November 28th, from San Antonio, TX *******, Departed facility San Antonio, TX ******* December 4th!
Package Shipped at December 8th, from San Antonio, TX *******, Departed facility San Antonio, TX ******* December 13th!
It is new service and I started to use it only months ago for shipping from my eBay business. Looks like I should go back to UPS. Cost of shipping will be couple dollars more, but packages will be delivered and faster and in right time. USPS Priority in 80% of shipping more expensive than UPS. I like Shipping cost for USPS Advantage Ground, but buyers would like to get packages in estimated time.

We paid extra for priority mail of an envelope - not even a package Dec 4,2023. It took over 8 days to arrive even though they advertised 2 day priority mail. We had dropped this envelope off in the Post Office itself.
We stood in line at the post office for a long time to see about a refund for our extra postage (around $8.00).
The postal worker said the priority mail we paid extra for was not guaranteed in any way whatsoever.

In our experience, the USPS takes money for services they DO NOT RENDER. They provide an expectation of faster delivery, but the mail is not handled any differently from regular postal mail. So this is an example of a scam.
If you advertise a service you have NO INTENTION of providing, yet take a premium in payment from people - you are, BY DEFINITION, a scammer.

There exists a pattern where they, in full confidence, dictate to you dates and down to the minute times of their delivery. Great except it a total lie. Every time they claim to have delivered something its a falsehood. If this was placed in the mailbox, then why is it when I go there and open it, it is not there. I suspect a lazy political hire who marks off packages as delivered instead of delivering them. I fill out the 5 page form asking questions they should know and the system fails, try again later. Trash

Worst service ever
December 13, 2023

3 out of 3 failures. Never again. I'll pay for UPS before I ever use the US Post Office again. I sent certified mail with tracking numbers. One was delivered to the wrong state, the other two ended up in limbo. They have never been delivered and if the post office screws up its all on me to resolve their mistakes. Call their 800 number and wait on hold forever file a missing mail claim. How do they stay in business with this level of crappy service

Wow. Just arrived at LV post office to get photos to renew my passport. I had an appointment. Was told that the "person isn't in today". So why was I permitted to make an appointment? I found that the system will let you do it and sometimes you're just SOL.

Don't order postage stamps online ever!

I order a book of 20 stamps online at The Postal Store of the USPS, and never received them. Also, my email confirmation did NOT show any tracking number on my receipt. Now I've found that there is NO WAY to even talk to a "agent" without a tracking number.your "order number" is useless... no way to seek a refund or just complain to anyone. Their system is ONLY based on you having a tracking number to get past their "computer greeter". To speak to an agent, a real person, not a machine! Just wasted $!4.85 and have no voice with them. Go to the post office or have your mail carrier bring them to you, buit don't order via the USPS's Postal Store. Your local postmaster cannot help you. It's out of his hands to help you. BEWARE THE USPS POSTAL STORE. Here's my order number if anyone at the USPS bothers to read these complaints:

Bad experience

USPS has fallen short of all expectations. They charged me $121 for international shipping, rejected it for a minor description error locally, returned my package.my package never left the US! Did not refund my money. Ruined the holiday for my aged mother waiting for the package. Worse, no response by the post master general or the USPS consumer advocate to my grievance. They did not even bother to acknowledge my complaint. Mailed a whole bunch of cards to India. Not one was received. So don't know why USPS is taking our money but not delivering service?

Priority service review

Very poor service. I Mail a package by priority mail on November 31 and today is December 10 and the package is not here yet. Why pay a premium when regular mail would have been faster. I do not recommend using priority mail or any service in which you pay a premium and delivery is not warranty.

On November 30,2023 I purchased a package and had no choice on carrier, UNITED STATES POSTAL S__THEADS. Lost my package after camping with it for 4 days, sent package saying shipped to Topeka! Idiots sent it back to Kansas City. Again stating it was sent back to Topeka, This yoyo went on for as I said 6 days. No body has a clue where it's at! Buffoons work at USPS.

Damaged packaging

HATE USPS!

I ordered a package going on two weeks ago. Originally the expected delivery date was December 3rd then it went to December 6th. Now it's saying December 7th (today) by 9pm but the package is STILL not out for delivery! It contains of items needed for my child's birthday! You can never get a real agent on the phone you have to go through literal hell with the automated service. Finally I reached an agent and she was rude as ever! This whole experience literally makes me never want to deal with any company using USPS.
