Just a bunch of dishonest crooks. Who steal packages from children. Somehow the package( a well size box) decreased in weight to 0lbs 0 oz two hour north of its destination. Ended up two hours south of its destination. And then all the way on the other side of the country.

I ordered an item from a company in New York December 4, it was sent through USPS Fast Track and today is December 28 and its still sitting at the New Jersey post office, I could have driven to New York and back for this Christmas present faster than USPS can deliver - I called the company and they were distraught and will never use USPS again. This government org should be ashamed of itself, because now I have to reship what's being sent because the gift did not turn up in time and my daughter already left to go back home. UNREAL!

Lost my identification in the mail. I don't get my own mail, I get previous tenants mail. My own….who knows where the wagon fell off the pony express but I think the pony express was better than actual USPS

Customer service call

Had to call due to an undeliverable package. It took three calls before I was able to reach the site to use the tracking number.(Second call and the automation actually hung up on me). Never was able to speak with an actual person and could not resolve the issue. Will never purchase anything that ships through USPS again! Frustrating.

With the invasion of Amazon and the drivers they hire, USPS has to be responsible for less and less delivery of packages. Yet, their "service" couldn't be any slower! I ship a priority envelope from NJ on 12/18 for $11 to get to Florida by 12/22. Now the newest update is a 12/26 delivery. 8 freaking days from New Jersey to Florida?! No wonder this organization continues to lose ground to competitors. Amazon can deliver me an entire warehouse in 8 days. USPS is useless, yet their prices climb for decreased service. I'll pay extra to get things shipped with UPS in the future. Even priority should have some sort of guaranteed delivery window for the price you charge.

I never in my life will use usps again.
They have terrible customer service, incompetent workers who will do anything except their job, and will do nothing to try and actually help you when they're the ones who messed up.
Unbelievably frustrating to try and get answers

Why you hate me?

Constantly my packages are just winged at my door then the delivery person bolts away. Is the only thing of your hiring process "Can you run like a cheetah?" "Do you throw like Babe Ruth?" I am now following a Christmas present that has tried to be delivered to 2 different houses with my address, I am not versed in houses but I'm really sure in this city there is only one address. Can y'all stop throwing and losing my stuff? Thanks. Happy holidays.

My packages seem to take the scenic route being delivered to me. My main post office is in Pompano Beach, FL. My most recent package spent 6 days in Colorado traveling a total of 80 miles (Fort Collins to Denver to Aurora), then made its way to Miami two days later, on to Opa Locka, FL, back to Miami again, then to Pompano Beach. You think its journey would be done, but no, now it is in Homestead, FL. It is ridiculous how many people have handled this one package and the amount of resources that have been wasted driving this package around. P.S. I still have not received my package 11 days in transit.

I will never use usps again for any packages, my package was 20-30 minutes away, then decided to bring it south to Portland for the night, then back to woodland that morning followed by shipping it across the United States over to New York for NO REASON I'll be lucky to receive this by the 31st. Always have had bad experiences when using usps but now I'm going to be calling companies whenever ups isn't available for shipping and try to pay extra to get ups for shipping.

It's a good thing that the items were purchased from Amazon. I can return them. Two musical Seiko Musical clocks both had their frame broken and their window cracked broken out.
No point adding photos, there is nothing that you will do. Merry Christmas for some but not for others.

Worst service EVER

MY PACKAGE HAS THE RIGHT ADDRESS ON IT BUT THEIR SORTING SENT IT TO THE WRONG POST OFFICE INSTED OF THEM SENDING IT TO THE RIGHT POST OFFICE THEY RETURNED IT TO SENDER NOW MY PACKAGE WILL NOT MAKE IT HERE FOR CHRISTMAS ISNT IT FUNNY HOW THEY NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM WHEN THEY DELIVER BILLS THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THEIR ARE THE DUMBEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET I DONT I APPLIED FOR A POSTAL JOB ONCE AND DID NOT GET HIRED THEY SAID I WAS TO INTELLEGENT I HAD COMMON SENSE

Delivery wrong.

Ordered a package that would take a week or so to get to my house. Delivery status updated to 30 minutes from my house. Turns out they sent it back half way across the states to NY? If you were 30 minutes from me why send it back the same day and not deliver!

I tried to stop a crime in process with the help of the usps. I talked to approximately 25 postal representatives including the fraud division, the post master general and approximately 6 other divisions. I tried to contact the post office involved (Miami dairy post office, 5600 nw 72 ave, Miami, fl. ******* at least 20 times with no response no luck. I spent at least 4 hours and made at least 65 phone calls with absolutely no response.

Pathetic!

Just spent 45 minutes in line to ship a package. 12/18/23 10:50 AM at the West Lafayette Indiana branch. During that time 4 people were serviced by the "one"! Employee working! That's correct only one counter was open out of 3! During my time there 2 people pulled out of the line because of the ridiculously long wait time, I was the third. With 10 others people in front of me and 4 people per 45 minutes to be served it would take another 2 hours the get serviced! West Lafayette has a population of 45,000 people and the postal service can only scrape up one per on a Monday during the busiest time of the year to work? That is beyond pathetic service! If there were 3 people working and the line was that long I could be more understanding and would most likely not leave such a negative review. I stopped by the Saturday before this and when I saw the line I just turned around and left. I didn't even get through the second door so I couldn't see how many people were working the counter, now I'm wondering if it was for the same reason. I will never use the US Postal Service again! I'm already using automatic withdrawal for monthly bills and will now use UPS or FED-EX for packages. Seeing the 1 1/2 star rating for the USPS I would safely say I'm not the only one thinking their service is pathetic. Good bye USPS!
