Too many of my packages have been lost. I don't trust sending or receiving mail through them anymore since the pandemic. They need help, better workers, better organization, better drivers, a complete overhaul. They are delivering mail to the wrong address. We've had mail delivered to us that was supposed to be delivered in another city.
Orderered item on the 21st of July 2021. The item is sitting in LYNDHURST, NJ, *******, USA, United States since the 27th of July... United States to Unknown · Transit in 33 days... Day by day getting longer to be shipped. No answer to calls - from the US by the Sender. They've lost my parcel last year from iHerb... No explanation, nor service. I am the stupid one because back then I have sworn to never by anything fro the USA...
The post office now tells me that my lost book is looping through the Des Moines, IA, book distribution center for three days now! Probably because the seller did not address the package well. Here is the history (read from the bottom up): Will I ever get my book? Who knows. My local postmaster is going to try to find out and fix things: Good luck!

I'm very frustrated and extremely disappointed with usps service my friend shipped me my luggage bag from Texas to Nevada on 08/06/2021 still I didn't receive my package my bag contains all my valuable things like, office laptop, documents, cash, and more valuable things when i tried to reach them its taking like half day to reach them and the voicemail system is worse every time when i say the tracking number which i got from the store they are saying the tracking number is wrong i have been following them from one year i didn't get any response worst please help me on this need my bag ASAP its very urgent

After some continuing delivery issues which I raised with the local post office with no result, I decided to call the Consumer Affairs Manager for my district. Found the number on usps.com but when calling it got "this mailbox is full" and couldn't leave a message. Called ASK-USPS but never had an option for my problem. Tried to talk to a real person but without any success over an hour messing about on the phone. Eventually gave up and went round to my local office to (again) bring up the delivery issues in the form of a letter which I handed to the clerk. If nothing else I shall have to resort to sending mail to the regional office. ASK-USPS or any other usps phone number seems to be a complete waste of time. Such is customer service...
Before DeJoy was placed in command, USPS was much, much better.
In February 2021, I paid for a letter to be delivered certified with a return receipt/ registered mail $7.00. It was never delivered and showed as never being delivered in the same area. I am still trying to get my refund 5 months later. I am told there is no refund on certified mail even if it was not ever delivered and they see it was not delivered. So, they have failed to provide the service that I paid for and have not only stolen my letter, but they have also stolen my money. I will get my refund! I waited for my green card as proof of delivery. Never received it. Went in to check April 15,2021. Was told it was never delivered and was till in Miami. Received tracking paper. Went back May 12,2021 spoke to manager Jean, was told it never left Miami, asked for a few days while he put in a request to Miami facility. Went back in June and was told not only had it still not left Miami but that the manager (Jean) was transferred and I need to contact him. I am told by a postal worker that the rules of responsibility have changed, and the carriers are no longer responsible for their mail including dumping it into containers when not delivered. Our mail delivered at work is wrong every single day. The carrier before him did it right. Our carrier is on his phone every time he delivers to us. Has always kept his mask hanging by one ear or not at all through the lockdown. He never removes the green tracking card that is supposed to be returned to the customer. He never goes through his mail and sorts it. He is lazy. Only old school mail carriers have the right training and ethics. Since 2020 the mail system has been awful. It just suits the times. Poor performance, higher prices. So many letters have never made it to their destination as experienced at our office. Letters that have taken three weeks or more or never get to their destination. Whoever is in charge needs to be fired. The incumbent is incompetent. It's time for a new company to come in, start a new delivery company, and get rid of the USPS.
I called at 12:59 and the person who called me back never answered my question. She doesn't have enough information about Express Mail. She says that Express Mail guarantees your money back if it doesn't get there that date, and it's not true, if it doesn't get there that date and the time they give you your money back. But I called her to know if by 15 minutes late it is guaranteed to get your money back... So she says to go to the Post office. I know that but I didn't want to go to the post office so I'm calling to people who supposed to know this information...
I will never send or post an important mail through usps. My daughter sent her passport to Washington DC for a visa to travel. We talking about priority mail which is supposed to take 3days the passport ended up getting lost. We had to request for a new passport and the worse part was that after a month even though the mail was priority we received the mail AN EMPTY PRIORITY ENVELOPE. I mean why would they send it back to us empty. And it was all torn apart. They don't care. Pure negligence. This is an American passport my daughter's identity was stolen. Awful. They are unreliable
Never purchase any collectables, expensive or rare items, from any on-line company that uses this anxiety ridden company as it carrier. You will be a nervous wreck hoping your item makes it to you. USPS is NOT to be trusted to deliver. When you track your item, it appears to be stuck, then you really start to worry because of the time lapse. I have had this entity lose a package of mine and I am very worried about another. I was able to get refunded, but when you are a collector, that is not the point. You can not reach an actual human being to talk to when you call "customer service". What you get is directed back to the main menu, regardless of what you press. I can not believe in this day and age a giant like USPS is treating paying customers this way. I was better off booking a flight to the location where I bought my item and picking it up. Never again.
If you want your fragile items delivered in one piece, Don't use USPS. If you want your items delivered in a reasonable amount of time, Don't use USPS. UPS is horrible, but twice as good as USPS.
Nothing on the website works. Whoever created it, you are bad at your job.
- I can't create a new account because supposedly I already have an account. But nothing happens when I attempt to reset the password associated with my email address.
- I attempt to track a missing package, and the website says it was undeliverable. The website tells me I need to update the address so USPS can attempt delivery again, but in order to do so I have to enter the provided address to ensure I am the person who mailed it. I enter the provided address, which is printed on my receipt, and the website doesn't respond.
- Numerous pages with forms that are broken. "You must fill in all fields in order to continue", but fields don't respond when you click on them. I tried three different browsers in two different OSes, and they're all broken.
I've taught undergraduates who produced more reliable websites for their senior projects.
USPS employees from the top to the bottom should be replaced. They do such sloppy jobs and with attitudes. Quite a lot of our certified mails never gotten delivered and they never be found either.
Sent a certified mail letter on 6/11/21. No tracking info was provided until 6/27 which told me it's on it's way to its destination. My local PO had no idea of what was happening to the letter. GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO STAY OUT OF BUSINESS! They screw-up and corrupt everything they touch.
Our Warrington Postal Carrier has been routinely scanning in packages, and then leaving notices of unsuccessful delivery attempt without ever getting out of the truck. What we first thought was pure laziness on the carrier's part, after doing this two days in a row, when confronted and asked why wouldn't she get out of the truck and deliver the packages, she replied "There's no room on the truck for your packages; "You have to got to Post Office to pick them up!, trust me you're not the only one this is happening too!" When questioned what were you scanning, she said a picture of the barcode so we can prove to the sender(Amazon) a delivery attempt was made. Apparently the USPS is way over their head & overwhelmed, and this is their "Standard Operating Procedure to solve their problem. Had to get Amazon involved to ship me another item
5-6 weeks to receive mail (bills, refunds) Ashame we cannot give a negative rating review. Also ashame you have a Monopoly and absolutely 0 accountability! My rating for the postal service is negative 800. Any other business would've been bankrupt for sucking this badly.
Email confirmation mail would be stopped for a short period yet it was still delivered. Called Virginia Beach post office and was promised a response which never came and also my survey never responded to.
Answer: It's probably USPS, they are garbage. They have some of the worst delivery rates and fees.

Answer: I totally understand what you are dealing with. That's a really good question that I wish would get answered.
Answer: They sell them! Seriously! Packages or bundles of multiple packages are typically auctioned off when they have been labeled as "Undeliverable" for a certain amount of time, 30-60 days I presume. Personally, I believe they sabotage any and all items they can so they won't have to deal with it & packages are intentionally marked "undeliverable" when the mail carrier is either too stupid or too lazy to get it in the recipient hands. That is my opinion that I formed from too much pointless research on USPS. BUT, The packages are really auctioned off! That is a fact, not my personal opinion.
