Very slow service and if they don't get with the program USPS may have trouble getting customers. I really would like for them to spend up the service.

No more usps

That's the last 3 day delivery I'll ever trust USPS with. The last one took 9 days and the present one just took 11 days and I missed a deadline. The service is broken.

Worst service ever!
February 23, 2024

Certified mail with important documents lost and after 10 days I submitted a search request. The Post Office replied they lost the package and asked for a more detailed description. Its an envelope not a package and the post has yet to arrive at its destination and I am now at 30 days and counting! Big wake up call. Use FedEx,UPS or even a passenger pidgin but never the USPS. I would give them a zero if I could.And by the way no refund on the postage. Unbelievable!

Mail hold and delivery
February 22, 2024

Returned early while mail delivery on hold. Initiated a hold cancellation on line with request to deliver mail. Four days later still no mail deliver called moan customer service with no resolution. Called local post offices 3 times with no answer. Called usps mail annex 4 times with no answer. Went to local post office and was told mail being held at usps annex and to call there ( a second number was provided) called twice with no answer. To date NO MAIL DELIVERY AND NO WAY TO PICK UP MAIL. Would give a zero rating if I could.

Small envelope was mailed on February 8,2024, and was not received until February21,2024 at Blackstock SC. Cost--$5.40 Tracking # 9500 1139 7746 4039 2095 71 Why did it take 10 business days to arrive at the destination? I really do not understand what has happened to the post office. I used to mail a letter from my mailbox in Blackstock SC to Columbia SC and it would get there the next day. Not now! It takes 3 days or more!

USPS is the reason I am no longer an Amazon customer. It is so frustrating, my package was suppose to be delivered yesterday. They arrived 7 minutes before the business opens on Feb 19th. The business is from 9am-5pm. Said the package will be delivered the next business day, which would be today, Tuesday, they package never arrived! Amazon customer service are also liars, talking BS about rest assured you will get your package today, in the time hours. Never arrived! When the hell am I going to get my ******* package. I hate this company so much! It should just close down for good. Always delivering my packages late. On one occasion, they shipped the package out the state, just to ship it back to the state it left. F**K you Amazon sellers for using this crappy delivery service. There website to email them is a waste of time, a big joke that does not work. Horrible customer service. Companies should ban this company from even being used as a delivery service to sellers.

Every time I visit Palmer Lake Post Office I have had excellent, professional service from kind and helpful employees. Also, the place is always spotlessly clean as is the surrounding area.

Total frustration
February 18, 2024

The post office does not allow forwarding of mail for more than 30 days so I was forced to enter a temporary change of address. The last mail I got was on Dec 20th 2023 and today is Feb 17th 2024. I am in desperate need of my mother's death certificate and all my tax documents and some paper checks. NO ONE at the local post office cares and they just shrug their shoulders. I stand in line and wait for a supervisor and have talked to three different ones who all tell me they will call me after talking to the carrier. Not one phone call to date. UPS, FEDEX and Amazon are all able to deliver, but the post office somehow cannot even find a letter I mailed to myself locally.

Nobody can answer answer any questions or deliver a package. Sent back...why usps...ohh we can't help you. This is why USPS is failing.

The postal workers are usually helpful but the USPS as a whole barely even functions. They are the spirit airlines of the mail world. Cheap and will be lucky to get to the destination in one piece if arrived at all. No wonder they almost went out of business. I'm to the point I'd rather pay more with UPS or Fed Ex and guarantee fast and reliable shipping than pay a little less and not even get the service I paid for.

About 80% of my packages the last 6 months have been either significantly late or don't arrive at all. The mail will be in my state and right next to me then completely go the wrong direction for some reason and take ages to arrive. The drivers must be either untrained or incompetent.

Status updates are often wrong. I'll be told my package is "Delivered" then it won't be to me for days. It'll be "out for delivery" when it's not even near me.

Using USPS is extremely frustrating and their lack of good service is ridiculous. It's insane how bad of a job they do. Their website doesn't even work well enough to actually file a complaint.

HORRIBLE!

USPS has become so incompetent over 2023-2024 I want to scream. They've lost 2 out of 2 of the last orders I placed, over $200 value, and take no responsibility. The website makes it nearly impossible to submit a service request or file a claim, and if you call you'll be stuck in AI limbo unless you want to wait 40+ minutes on hold to speak with the rudest mfers who can only tell you what you see on the tracking info page, and point fingers at the sellers for somehow being responsible for THEIR loss of your deliveries, telling you to email them directly if you want to file a claim or get any sort of refund. I actively avoid buying from websites that ship through USPS at this point.

If you UPS or FedEx drop their rates I'm sure the postal service would go out of business quickly. It is as much of a joke as the rest of the government. I'm tired of critical mail going missing, my packages being stolen until I report them missing, and how no one can explain what employee keeps stealing from me. My letters make it to the local Transit center and then just disappears until I call in to complain. Or showing up right after I file an insurance claim. That's not coincidental. How do you sit on mail for weeks and then miraculously find it after the customer complains? This has happened a grand total of six times since I've moved to this city. Even sending it overnight certified it still miraculously disappears. The United States postal service is a joke. I am researching filing a lawsuit against them

Scammers.

Needed to send a package urgently, I went to the post office on Monday and they charged me $30 for guaranteed "2 day shipping" which was confirmed by two men working. Later after I left the post office, I received an email that my package would arrive "guaranteed by Thursday." Thursday was too late, as I said I was sending the package urgently. I am upset that I was lied to and then not helped or answered when I tried to call the post office. I called the 1-800 number for USPS and sat on hold for over an hour. Seriously? You are keeping your customers waiting for over an hour on the phone? No wonder you have such a lot rating. Whole place needs new heads of the company for sure. So frustrated and upset.

We've had problems for years, never gets better. If we get our mail correctly for any length of time, it's considered a gift/blessing/happy accident from our USPS. We get mail belonging to our many neighbors frequently, and I'm sure many get ours, although we never have it given to us, as that would be someone else's inconvenience. Also, I currently have a package, delivery delayed by USPS for going on two weeks now, with no explanation. Who knows what's up with that. I'm going to assume lost. USPS is unprofessional and lacking, and every time I am expecting something that's important to me, I get anxiety when I realize it is being delivered by them. Curiously, my unwanted junk mail is brought to me flawlessly.

Priority Mail delivery
February 2, 2024

So far twice I used priority mail to send package from Austin to Houston ( 3 hours drive). The first time the package was sitting in Post office North of Houston for days undelivered according to the tracking number. Again, 4 days ago I sent a priority mail again from Austin to Houston, yesterday, the tracking showed would deliver by 9 pm, and later tracking changed delivery to today at 9 pm, and just few minutes ago, the tracking moved the delivery to tomorrow Saturday, when my address location is closed. Again, it is sitting in Houston North in the last 2 days.
Is it ready to difficult the USPS station workers to their job? I guess in future we must pay higher price and mail by UPS. Please close it down and save tax payer money.

I mailed a small package from Roswell to Santa Fe. Never got to the address. Tracking says it's delivered, Roswell tells me I have to report this to Santa Fe post office. Santa Fe post office says ( the carrier says, I D k.
Long story short, USPS has zero credibility with us. no one knows anything. What a circus.
