I get this Mail from the USCIS, all the copies of my documents I submitted was on it, when I pick it up, I find out it was open from another end and they try to seal it back but they couldn't, my information had been stolen through the USPS, I still have the documents
I bought and installed an oversize (largest available) mailbox 11yrs ago, and our mail-people have stuffed some pretty large packages in it. When something was to big, they were nice enough to drive it less than 1/4mi up to our house - with no problems. I live in rural Oregon, and a trip to town is a 30mi. Round trip. Last Monday I expected to receive a single handmade coffee mug, but no delivery. Tracking showed that a decision had been made at 7:42AM that my package would not fit in my mailbox, and that I would have to drive to town to get it... Over the past three days, I've spent more than an hour on hold to speak to a human being, online, and listening to our local mail-hubs phone ring. I've been told that, yes, my package will be delivered to my box today, but that mail-people have the discretion to decide what's oversized before leaving for deliveries. There's no mechanism in place for them to know I have the oversize box, and our drivers change & substitute all the time, so I'm sure this will happen again. Also, after YEARS of having large packages delivered to my deck (with absolutely no issues), drivers will not be allowed to bring them up anymore because I don't have a specific area to turn around. I'm just disgusted with our postal service these last two years! They have misplaced 3 of my packages, they're tracking is the worst in the business, and now this... I give them 2 stars because they do a fine job for letters, but I would drop them completely for receiving packages if I could.
Since our regular man retired our mail is never here on time. I get messages from Amazon saying USPS stated they couldn't get to our mailbox or front door. Total lies. The roads are clear, we have paved roads, paved driveway an everything is clear. 9pm at night and they just don't want to walk up to our door to drop off packages. USPS your service is TERRIBLE. Hire good people and deliver my mail on time... PLEASE...

I have Priority Mail - 2 Day package from Kansas City to San Diego, dropped in Leavenworth KS, 2/24 AM, promised to be delivered to San Diego 2/28 (already 4 Days). It did not arrive on 2/28, instead, the package arrived at USPS Regional Origin Facility (KANSAS CITY MO DISTRIBUTION CENTER) on 3/1 evening? And status shows item is currently in transit to the destination. Today is already 3/2. Trying to call USPS Customer service, after proving the tracking #, it says it is incorrect, and call is disconnected. Terrible service, and I will never use USPS service again in the future if I have alternatives
I get my medication through the USPS and over the last year delivery has been dismal! It arrives in my home distribution center only to see that the next day it's 4 states away?!?! I wish that my insurance company would use a different delivery service already. Even if I pay for expedited delivery I'm still not to expect my package within the 2 days it's supposed to be guaranteed! We all know why the PO is failing, my question is WHY isn't something being done about it!
So I needed to send a time sensitive document to a small country in Europe. It was literally one piece of paper. Due to the urgency I decided to send it express or priority or whatever lie it's called. My brother sends the same document the regular way. It made it a whole week faster than mine. My package took 2 weeks and not 5 - 7 days as I was informed. It cost around $80 USD to take 2 weeks to deliver 1 piece of paper. Lessons learned don't waste your money on express. Avoid USPS if you can. Also they gave no refund as it was not part of the agreement!? It's an old, primitive and unreliable system. Nice people don't make up for it.
I have no idea what is ailing the USPS now as Covid-19 cases have consistently dwindled. Needless to say it is nerve wracking to be waiting on a package that has a value of $150+ and the item itself is unique.
I check the tracking number daily and no updates. Still showing that it was mailed & made it to a USPS distribution center, that's it. No further updates since 2/25/22. The item was shipped from the seller to me on 2/21. To have to wait over 7 days for a package from North Carolina to Arkansas is ridiculous. I really believe the USPS is crippled by its own logistics SOP. I keep hoping things will get better but nothing changes. I gave 3 STARS based on the USPS delivery carriers in my small town of Osceola Arkansas. They really try hard & are very approachable.
My stamps were ordered 2/23 and here it is 2/27 and they aren't here. This happened the first time I ordered them too. CONVENIENCE as a feature of ordering them online NO LONGER EXISTS when I have to go buy some because their delivery is inexcusably late!
So when I went to ship out my package the lady just threw it in a big basket without any regard smh then they changed the time like three times I mean seriously you have one job then they changed the time again as far as delivery date like really?

I wish they would sent an email stating that the delivery wasn't able to be delivered at the same day due to the instruction. Instead they sent you a email the next day early in the morning at 5:49am saying they couldn't follow the simple instructions. Request mail to be drop off in the building of our apartment and gave them the code to the door. Such a hard thing to do. This is by far the worst experience and I never have this problem.
Last Saturday I mailed a small package from Southern Vermont to Connecticut. One weel later the package is not delivered. I tracked it and found the Springfield Mass. USPS location is the problem. They sent me three notices stating the package has left the facility on the 17th, 18th and 19th. How is that possible?
This is not the first time with this Center. December 2020 I had a Christmas present stuck at that Hub and didn't get it delivered till JANUARY 21st, 2021. They need new management. I will use UPS next time and all the time in the future. Seven days to gravel 100 miles?

How is it that NO ONE at the United States Postal Service can help with a Forwarding issue. Have spoken to over 25 agents whom all told me that samething. They do not know how to deal with mail forwarding and I myself have to do it on-line. Well I do EVERY 6 months and every 6 months my forwarding stops & I can not get help from ANYONE regarding this issue. EVERYONE needs to be retrained.
I ordered a small drill and countersink. Items were shipped to destination post office. Then shipped 2 hours north of destination. Then shipped back to an hour south of destination. Was scheduled for delivery on February 10th its now the 13th and no package. I need this item for a job I'm working on. So I'm on hold and as lost as my package.
My packages are always late when usps brings them ALWAYS! But if it's fedex or anyone else it's always on time. It's so annoying to have paid priority mail and it still be late
Answer: It's probably USPS, they are garbage. They have some of the worst delivery rates and fees.

Answer: I totally understand what you are dealing with. That's a really good question that I wish would get answered.
Answer: They sell them! Seriously! Packages or bundles of multiple packages are typically auctioned off when they have been labeled as "Undeliverable" for a certain amount of time, 30-60 days I presume. Personally, I believe they sabotage any and all items they can so they won't have to deal with it & packages are intentionally marked "undeliverable" when the mail carrier is either too stupid or too lazy to get it in the recipient hands. That is my opinion that I formed from too much pointless research on USPS. BUT, The packages are really auctioned off! That is a fact, not my personal opinion.
