On May 3,2022, I sent a package to China. The only option is Priority Mail Express International. The cost is $76.20, and it supposes to be 3-5 days. It takes USPS 5 days to send to Chicago Airport and arrives on May 8. After three days of no activities. I called on May 11 to check the status. The USPS Rep informs me this status is normal, and she tells me to be patient. She will open a ticket to escalate my request. It is my mistake not to ask her for a case number. I waited for a week. There is no tracking movement. I called again on May 19; the USPS Rep informed me that she did not see an escalation case open for my package. This agent is kind enough to help me open a ticket and provide me with the ticket number. She did tell me to check back in 12 days. She also said that I could request a refund for the postage since the USPS did not deliver my package to the shipper in a timely manner. After the May 19 call, the package did leave the US for China. The tracking shows arrived on May 22. On June 2, I called USPS again to inquire about my package. This time the USPS Rep is not friendly at all. She said that the problem is not USPS. It is China's hold-up. I asked her why it takes five (5) days to get to the shipper in Chicago Airport since the service I paid for is 3-5 days. It should arrive at the shipper within three (3) days instead of five (5) days. She insists this is not a USPS issue. Also, she said no refunds for the postage since COVID-19 happened. The USPS is so poor that they need to cheat to get funds, and it is no different from a thief. As of today, my package is not yet delivered.
I ordered a package on Sunday and it said it would be 2 business dayd till it arrived. Now it's friday and they delayed my package till tomorrow.
Out of 15 packages in thr last month 8 have gotten 2 on time! One was almost to me and now is back on the other side of the country again! How does this even happen! You should be ashamed to call yourself the united states post office. You clearly take NO pride in your work qnd have way too much job security and NO reprocussi9ns for doing such a poor job.
A first class small package was sitting in Richmond VA for one week without showing any movement. It finally got to Brandon MS after another week. So far for first class USPS service. It cannot get any worse, or maybe it can, they don't care.
It is currently end of my sophomore year, i was having an odd day and really wanted some fun people to sign my yearbook. Then... the mailman pulled in. Instantly an idea popped in my head, "GO GET HIS SIGNATURE", and that is exactly what i did. Our school mailman signed my yearbook, it made my day, it made my YEAR. Thank you so much Jeff the mailman for being a great mailman!
Be weary of rockledge fl usps they will destroy youre property and deny that person did it even though you had two eye witnesses stating who damaged my property i called usps and was denied and told i need cameras to prove it now i got pay for another set truck underglos two foglights and repaint my custom bumper do to scratches 400 in damages and now i have to pay for it to be fixed
Bad service, they didn't deliver my priority mail on time(Business hours). It was an exam very important to me. The delivery was supposed to be Friday until 6pm. They attempted to deliver on Saturday and nobody is there.
Fairly often when I get a package sent in through USPS I often get messages such as this one: "Your item could not be delivered on May 26,2022 at 12:51 pm in CANADA due to the addressee not available at time of delivery, It is being held while the addressee is notified."
WTF
This does not make sense to me, It is a tactic often used to cover up poor service, as the address I use to ship my stuff at, IS my home address and I have been living there for over 30 years, so how could the address not be available!
Very frustrating to deal with businesses such as this one! And of course as usual you cannot send them an email message, Great strategy and good customer service, YAH RIGHT :(
I went to my local USPO yesterday, Wednesday May 25 at 10:50 am only to find all the lights off and the building locked without even access to mailboxes! No note, no explanation. This is the THITD time I went to this PO and it was just closed without reason. If I didn't show up to work what would happen?
The costumer service is just frustratingly awful. A huge waste of time and it does not connect to an agent no matter what you do.
Well not only did the post office flag a simple football card and I believe they also stole it because I have not received it nor received any information from the post office the most shadiest company ever I will never mail anything through the US post office again... I suggest to people not to send anything of value through the post office it could easily come up missing

Decide to NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Ever. The prices they charge are too much without any guarantee of delivery. I am so disappointed with USPS that I can't even express my anger. I hope that they close down. I sent a wedding day package for my cousins wedding party and it rooms 5 days but I paid for it to be delivered by 1-3. FedEx and UPS will get my money from this point forward. F u USPS!
Can't trust government runs delivery business. They missed their promised delivery most of the time. Also, their tracking system is also unreliable. Can the government do anything right?
I paid $27.10 for an overnight delivery, and it was second day, it's nowhere to be found. Fedex, and UPS would be a better choice.

I have let many people know that send me packages not to use USPS, for the simple fact they have thieves in their organization I've had three packages come up missing and they had money in them and money orders. They sign my name to a package that they did not deliver, deliver one to another place and scanned it and never left it but they seem can do nothing about my packages and the carrier that misplaced them. Time before that they sign my name to a package and I never received it. They have incompetent carriers I can't understand how you can deliver to another address when you have the right address on there. As I said they have thieves in their organization packages come up missing and the carriers are not held accountable.
It's no wonder why I have gone to paying "ALL" my bills online along with most other folks nowadays. It got to the point where I would send a bill payment through the mail at least two weeks before the payment was due and sometimes it would arrive on time and sometimes not. And one time a payment never arrived... at all... to this day. Lost in USPS space apparently. There are times I buy stuff online at eBay or Etsy and the Seller gets the package to the post office and it will sit at the distribution/processing center for over a week... or more! WTF? Can't call anyone. Online complaints go to the same place my lost (and never returned) bill payment went to. I am becoming so disenchanted with the USPS I'm just going to avoid them as much as possible. I hope postal workers and USPS management realize how fed up the public is with their service. It seems they're on their way out soon and by their own demise.
Their automated phone service is ridiculous, and not at all helpful. I was calling to ask about the process for Amazon pick up requests, but when I chose the "package" option available to me on the main menu, it only lets you track a package. When I requested an agent it just tells me the agent will also need the tracking number. Pressing "0" didn't help; the call was ended.
Why is it so impossible to speak to a human?
Had to give a 1 star rating as there is no option to give a minus rating. USPS are liars and don't do anything to fix non-deliveries once they hand off your package to the local post office.
I received 2 packages and both of them were all torn and bent this delivery service sucks. And to top it off they throw it like it's a football across your yard or over the fence instead of carefully placing it down. They also tend to leave the package OUTSIDE of your property not even in the mail box. Horrible service. They are also hard to contact in case you need to clarify some questions or if the package was never delivered.
So many issues, so little space... I mailed 2 cards to my brother in Ohio (from GA) this past couple months... an anniversary card one month, a birthday card for his wife the prior month -- neither one was received, although they have had the same address for 30+ years, which I of course know by heart, as we used to say.
Also, I signed up for "informed delivery" which is supposed to show you what mail is coming each day -- turns out this is a half truth, since the daily email from USPS typically has missing mail and a disclaimer for such. Today, I went online to track a package, a pair of shoes I bought online, and the tracking number revealed a message reading, "service unavailable at this time" and an apology, which is laughable, since an apology without intention to do better is worthless and a lie.
So, then I clicked the feedback hyperlink, and guess what? I received an error message saying service is unavailable at this time, along with the blah blah blah apology.
Here's a tip: RAISE THE RATES ON BULK MAIL so that companies don't send us insurance and credit card and healthcare ads daily at almost no cost to them, and this crap mail diminishes, and then US citizens regain a decent timeframe and quality to our legitimate mail, for which the postal services was originally created and should be serving, as opposed to a slave to capitalism. UGH.
Answer: It's probably USPS, they are garbage. They have some of the worst delivery rates and fees.

Answer: I totally understand what you are dealing with. That's a really good question that I wish would get answered.
Answer: They sell them! Seriously! Packages or bundles of multiple packages are typically auctioned off when they have been labeled as "Undeliverable" for a certain amount of time, 30-60 days I presume. Personally, I believe they sabotage any and all items they can so they won't have to deal with it & packages are intentionally marked "undeliverable" when the mail carrier is either too stupid or too lazy to get it in the recipient hands. That is my opinion that I formed from too much pointless research on USPS. BUT, The packages are really auctioned off! That is a fact, not my personal opinion.
