The postal service is an at all time substandard level. They can't deliver a package correctly if it was tattooed on their foreheads! What's worse is they don't even pick up the phone! Omg I'd give a zero if I could! EPIC FAILURE!

This is the 3 rd time a package that was to be delivered NEVER arrived. On at least 4 occasions I have received another persons mail and I have brought it to the post office for re delivery. I doubt that they do that unless a complaint is made. The USPS should be done away with and taken over by a private corporation. As long as it's not AMAZON because they're no better with delivery.

I used to see USPS as one of those quintessential government departments that takes the brunt of dissatisfaction because of circumstances outside of their control, be it poor funding or an overwhelmed workload. I've absolutely lost all stake in that line of thought. As I write this, I have had multiple separate packages rerouted, spending three days (not including Sunday) to move from one major tow to another within the same state, bypassing me. This isn't because of some "necessary" routing process, because it has not been so in the past. Between incompetence, bad management, and outright corruption, I am certainly advocating for an alternate from here on out. I wish I could strike my information from their databases, because I'm sure it's being used as badly as my packages have been handled.

When am I getting my package?

Was supposed to get my package yesterday and no show! I look on tracking and it looks like it never moved out of Florida! So it's been stuck on transit since June 19th! This bs! Usps you sick! I want my $#*!ing $#*! now!

U.S. P.S. Sucks

I have a package that is trapped in a Chandler, Phoenix, Scottsdale twilight zone. Nobody really knows where it is at. At one point it was supposed to be in Tucson where I am at. Now it's in the 100 plus mile away twilight zone. I worked here in Tucson AZ for the U.S. P.S. As a Christmas casual mail handler and never have I have been treated worse by management anywhere that I have worked at Incomprehensibly abusive! The postal workers were cool and so was HR, but the management were the scum of the earth. I don't say this sarcastically.

Delay and Unprofessional

I was supposed to get a package delivered by UPS and it was supposed to be to me within a week. I don't know why this happened but UPS gave the package to USPS within 2 days of suppose to being delivered. Well now I have to wait an extra two weeks before expected delivery date. The package was almost delivered but somehow USPS messed up and now the process is all over again and more. Well I called there customer service to get answers like a normal person would and after waiting 20 mins and being connected to the representative, she had the worse attitude ever. Idk if someone pissed in her Cheerios that morning but she was rude and very unprofessional. All they had to say was it happens and it could be delivered sooner if lucky. I asked why it happened and taking so long and all they had to say was that's how they do things now.

Absolutely Useless

Yesterday, a delivery driver showed up while my dog was outside on a leash and my husband was standing in the doorway. The driver half way got out of his truck and then immediately got back in is truck before my husband could even step outside. We then get an update that the package is availble for pick up at the post office. So Today, I got to the post office it was supposed to be delivered at only to be told they don't know where the package is, but it must be at the other office and gives me a phone number to call. Phone number just rings and rings and rings and then hangs up on you. So I drive over to the other post office for the rep to tell me that the delivery driver attempted to deliver and I said no that's a lie. I was standing right there. For the rep to then pop an attitude and go 'WELL, if a dog is there they won't deliver. (which is a lie) and then said I wasn't there so I don't know' I was and I'm telling you what happened. They said that it was mislabeled and that it would be redelivered today. I then asked why the tracking information would tell me its here for pick up, and he then said that they would go back and check. Man never returns, instead about 5 mins later another man walks up without introducing himself or who he was says that it was mislabeled and would be redelivered today and told me to leave. This is completely unacceptable and I completely wasted my time trying to hunt down this package because people cannot do their jobs and getting mad when they are called out for it. USPS has been useless for a while, but they are just completely pathetic now and a waste of time. Not helpful, unfriendly, defensive, rude. 10/10 dont recommend. Just use fedex or ups.

Scum of the earth

The USPS is so bad it's difficult to insult them enough. That might be because at the end of the day its not really a service. Its a monopoly owned by foriegners which control our government. Usefull idiots are hired to deliver the mail to cover up all the other nefarious activities. Because of the pressure on the drivers they tend to develop an attitude and will likely damage fragile items as often as possible. Don't let them know you are making money on ebay, don't write the word fragile or it becomes a target for sure. Usps is a $#*!hole business and has declined to the point its literally a joke. They always need more money because they never intended to focus on quality and certainly the customers do not possess the power to beg for mercy when shipping expensive items. The insurance claim process is so complicated they almost guarantee to wear you down so you don't pursue your rights to question why they intenfully damaged your property in which they have zero regards for. The system is so dumb they fail to realize do unto others as you would have done unto you. Tear it down, the most disastrous service ever created. Please tear it down.

I have exclusively switched to UPS about a year ago but unfortunately I ordered from a company that only uses USPS and nothing has changed, their customer service is non-existent and their tracking system is antiquated. I will make sure from now on to but from vendors that have other shipping solutions.

Worst courrier

I sent a package to Dubai via express and they claim to be delivered within 3-5 business days but it's just a lie.My package was stuck in Carson California for a week and no update at all. What's the use of paying more if you don't deliver in time! Just a BS!

USPS is not delivering out mail!

It is now 6/13/22, the only attempt to deliver was on 6/2/22. Our business is open, and has been open. Customers access us, so can you! Drive into the driveway and get out of your vehicle. We needed the package two weeks ago!

I had an unpleasant incident with a parcel. It was sent from another country on March 4, on April 18 it arrived in New York and nothing else is known about package. For a whole month I tried to find my package through telephone agents and a bunch of completed documents. But everything is unsuccessful. Two days ago agent was told on the phone that they could not help and that the package should be wanted by a person who sent the parcel from another country. I am very disappointed with the work of the postal service. There is no complete disorganization and no help.

So I sent my best friend a get well package with a book on tape, a couple CDs, some supplements, and some cute other items. It was an expensive box but I figured no to insurance because nothing could break. I bubbled everything and double wrapped. Guess what she got? The card……. Thieves work there. I would not use them again. UPS from now on.
JUST A HEADS UP, IF YOU FEEL PRESSURED TO GET INSURANCE, SEND THROUGH SOMEONE ELSE.

From the day that Trump appointed Louis DeJoy to be Postmaster General, the US Postal Service has been a shambles. I have had several items sent to me via USPS that I never received even though the senders confirmed that they had sent them. The idea was that if the USPS no longer functioned, Trump would stand a greater chance of being reelected. We see how that turned out; all he left from his four years in office has been damages. If someone is sending me something of critical importance, I instruct them to use any alternative service if they really want me to receive it. Today makes just one more day of mail pieces that have not arrived despite the report over Informed Delivery that they would arrive. I wonder if the US will ever recover from the damages of those four years and from the utter shame of having had such a creature in the country's top office!

If you are going to ship with USPS DONT! They lie about having packages delivered and instead steal individual personal packages. So save yourself the disappointment and just dont ship with usps. I LEARNED THE HARDWAY!

Lost several packages this year
June 8, 2022

I have ordered several things online as well as had friends send me packages. USPS has lost 85% of them. Today, I was supposed to have a swimsuit delivered to my house. Instead, USPS decided to send the package BACK TO THE COMPANY claiming my address was not real. I'm frustrated this keeps happening. They have no customer service email list or phone number that actually works. Poor service.

My mail people cannot comprehend that there are many streets that share the same home address number. I pretty regularly have to take my neighbors mail to them because it's placed in my mailbox by mistake and vice versa. I had an expensive gift delivered that's not in my mailbox or on my porch. I have 2 tracking apps that confirm it's delivered. It's not. I also had 3 different postmen stop by my mailbox today which seemed excessive…especially since none of them delivered my package.
