I live in a condo building. Every condo building has a front and a back entrance. But, No, USPS sees the front entrance closed off and doesn't THINK!, to go around. First of all, how do they think homeowners get into their homes, Fly!. Only USPS doesn't go aroung to the front. UPS, FED EX, AMAZON, INSTACART… they all can figure it out. Not USPS, DUMP, DUMP AND LAZY!

I hate USPS!

I hate USPS! The worst company ever! I sent documents for government for my daughter, they lost them in June! I call them every week and speaking a lot of ours, they send my mail in some recovery center, but for some reason they can't just send it back. And I have to spend my time for this stupid talks every week many hours and they don't help. And it's very difficult to call them, to get right person you will need a lot of hours. I just hate them.

I overnighted an important package to insure prompt and insured delivery. It has been sitting in Maryland since I mailed it. And you wonder why people have abandoned the USPS. NEVER and I do mean NEVER again!

Failure

Imagine a shipping business that employed grumpy people, never delivered packages on time and were never accountable for those lost. Welcome to the USPS. The last 3 items sent in the mail were late. One was stuck in Rapid City SD for 6 weeks. The USPS will eventually die off.

No business mail for days

Why does Amazon continue to use USPS? They are continually late and used 3rd party services for packages that are late and left in very ackward locations.
As a business, we don't receive our general mail deliveries daily.

Certified letter

I mailed a letter certified and was given a tracking number. I tracked the letter only to see that it had stopped at a nearby post office for over 5 days. I went to my local post office to seek answers. They couldn't help. I only know the recipient received it because I received a answer to my letter! The tracking number was no help or paying for it to be certified as I could not tell if the person received it or not! I just tried to track it again and guess what? A week later no updates! I don't trust the postal service. Not reliable.

Incompetent

The workers don't care because their superiors don't care. Mail constantly lost either incoming or outgoing. I never received my birthday card from my mother with money in it! I don't trust them and I try everything possible to not actually have to use mail because they are incompetent!

I waited in a 30 minute hold to talk to a representative about my package not being sent to my address, and when I finally got someone to pickup on the other line, they sat in silence trying to make me think that they weren't there or that the line disconnected. I could tell that there was someone there because of the echo I received each time I'd press pound on the keypad. After 10 minutes of subtle breathing and no answers, they hung up on me. Lousy people working for a lousy corporation.

Two days in, and now waiting well over another week...looking for a contact...was hoping to get the medication before having to go to the hospital...however not likely. Express Delivery

This is the second time this has happen to me within the past three months. The first time I gave USPS the benefit of the doubt but twice within the past three months is totally unacceptable. This is not like I just mailed a package off but I paid both times for the item to be expressed delivered and each time they failed me, yes of course I can get a refund but that is irrelevant because if I did not need the packaged to be delivered express then I would not have paid for it. Last time I will put my trust in USPS, because this was a very important package. From now on I will go with the trusted one, FedEx. So warning to all do not bank on USPS to get the job done!

The mailing system is getting so dysfunctional they can't even do there job they keep putting the wrong mail in boxes it's always late the people that deliver the mail should be fired on the spot.

BEST Post Office

David recently started working at the Longmont, Colorado Post Office. All of the staff there are absolutely the best. They're all very kind and helpful and I've never had any problems, no matter how busy they are. David is extraordinary though. He always apologizes for the wait, even if there are only a few in line. He is thorough, friendly, helpful, kind and so sincere. He seems to LOVE helping people. We are SO very lucky to have him in our great post office!

Now I don't believe that I'm a genius or very smart for that matter, but I do know that lake Jackson and Spring are two very separate cities. They're an hour and a half apart, and the zip codes are not even close to the same. So why is it that my package gets delivered to lake jackson when I live in Spring? I put the address in correctly, and I made sure that I got all of the information right. I've been failed twice now by usps for getting my packages delivered to the right address.

The supervisor was out of control. No professionalism whatsoever. His behavior was that of a thug. He needed to govern himself in a better way. When he left the premises he was using vulgar language in Spanish, with his daughter in the vehicle. His wife needs to reprimand him.

Long time

Ordered an item that came from Spokane, WA. On 7-11-2023, First went to Portland, OR., then flew over eastern Oregon (which is where I live) it then went back east to Columbus, Ohio, then it went to Kansas City, Kansas, then flew back over me and ended up in Portland, Oregon, then flew back over me last night 7-21-2023 and is now in a town 20 miles to the east of me. STILL WAITING.
