Informative please better y'all business

This is one of the worst delivery places I've ever worked with. I'm 17 all of my money is online and I shop a lot so I know shipping company's most shipping company's would email and make sure you've gotten your package if you want to right a review and if your satisfied this company is so bad I can't even get in touch with a customer service representative because every time I cal they say I'm calling during unusual store hours and that their closed they have told me this Monday through Friday today I got a email saying that my package will be delivered on the 24th. When I first ordered the package they said the 14th, then the 19th and now it's the 24th this was so unbelievably unprofessional I wasn't even mad because I should've expected it from y'all I'm leaving this review to let y'all know y'all need to get y'all stuff together because so far out of all the shipment company's you guys are under the worst one and if I could rate y'all in a different way I would poop in a box and send it to y'all because that's how bad y'all service is and that's under exaggerating. That package would probably be delayed three four times as well this pitiful y'all need to get it together

I ordered a instant heat water heater being delivered by USPS they gave me three notices that I to schedule redelivery that was a hassle each time but they never come up my driveway my cameras and myself they never come up my driveway all they did was pull up to my mailbox and put the notice in the box not once today drive up my driveway and knock on my door or anything so I wound up purchasing the product somewhere else I told them the sales company that sells the the product to not use USPS anymore because I've heard of same other problems in the area

Refused to take accountability for lost package

I ordered $90.08 worth of merchandise to be shipped through the Rexburg, ID postal service. I was notified that my package was delivered, but nothing showed up at my door. I went to the post office the same day and explained what happened. The girl at my desk took my name, number, and tracking information. She told me my package was delivered to the wrong address. She told me her supervisor was out of the office, but that either he would call me with an update, or my package would be delivered to my door that same day. Nothing showed up, and nobody called me. I went through the same process the next two days, I was never contacted with updates like promised, and I had to physically go to the office to get any kind of information. I finally asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told they couldn't find my package, but my package was insured up to $100, but I had to submit my claim online. I went through the process of submitting all my information online (which is poorly designed and NOT user friend) only to be informed I was ineligible for a refund. I tried to call the office multiple times, but their phone system is so poorly designed and incompetent that I was NEVER routed to speak to an actual person.
I was basically screwed $90 and a lot of my time to ultimately have nothing done.
I am so angry that I'm the one who has to pay for their mistake. I'm very displeased with the service and I'm seriously considering hiring a lawyer, just so they realize they have to take some responsibility for their actions.

The post office has been no help at all I've had two packages delivered the same day and put in someone else's box but it's my responsibility to order more products to have them do the same mistake it's not the first time it has happen you guys need to put the mailman or mailwoman at fault for there mistake

Ridiculous. Clearly not handled with care. Quality and work ethic has really gone down over the years. It seems they don't care the way they used to and it's a sad shame. This is not the first time. This has happened to me and my family!

Horrible service

I can't say all offices are horrible but the deliveries for zip code ******* need to be reviewed by the bosses since I'm getting my Mail 3wks to a month late. SMH I don't normally complain about USPS but what I'm waiting for is urgent and I just feel like the customer service need to do better at delivering timely mail

Stop trying to hire.

Post office business model is a disaster. Take a good long look in the mirror and then smack yourself. You treat your employees, brand new and veteran employees, like garbage. Llv replacement is embarrassing. Absolutely no changes made during my 15 year plus employment. I resigned btw. Due to my body falling apart and nothing ever changing. Except some of the most assenide ideas I have ever seen. Stop promoting soup sandwiches to management. You get away with alot of illegal stuff the way the interior of the po is ran. No wonder no videos or pictures are allowed. Get your crap together. Woulda gave no stars If possible.

I've had my mail box broken into and also opened mail still in the envelope and box but already opened they say they can't deliver to the mailbox but have keys for access but haven't delivered my mail why is mail being opened the mail carrier and why does certain mail say no access but all else is delivered?

Lost my $200 package

My bike shock that is values at 200+ dollard was supposed to arrive 3 months ago. It never arrived. I had a difficult time trying to even set up a missing mail request and after 3 months of waiting for them to find it, I recieved an email basically saying too bad.

DHL to USPS

Whenever I see my package coming dhl, I know that it will end up with usps. A package from the UK took 1 day to get here in Ohio. Then usps gets it and it takes over a week to have it delivered. I could have drove to pick it up but they do not allow that. USPS had always been expensive, ran horribly, and it will remain this way because it's usa main making system.

I send a small box as a present to my dad for Father's day to Mexico, I paid more then $70 USD, in Mexico the package was never deliver as they say, my family had to go to pick that up, plus they had to pay more the 500 pesos, honestly I don't understand what Mexico was charging, because the value of the gift cost me no more then $50, I am very disappointed of the poor service. And I would like to know why Mexico charge the whole amount of the product and we already paid in here!

UPS IS BETTER

USPS never fails to make sure that they're atleast 1-2 days late, if we could do away with USPS the world would be a better place. They deliver mail, we should just give that responsibility to UPS and I bet that would end racism. Also the workers are always in an ugly mood, which projects what the company is all about. I just want my packages on time that's it. Being a company for 52 years and still can't find a system to get customers a package on time. UPS if you're reading this your run the delivery world, your Lebron James and USPS is Nick batum. Thanks for reading my rant God bless.

Well,here's just one instance.Its a normal occurrence with usps.I order a package from TX,I live in Fl.Shows delivery date 4 days later,cool right?NO!6 days later it's sitting in fkng Ohio for 3 days with not person with any common sense to give an answer of why or when I'll receive it.USPS,you are disgrace to what the postal service once was and represented. You have no work ethnicity or standards anymore.I rate you right up there with Fedex.U BOTH suck!

Y'all must be hire complete idiots. Such incompetent dummies. My package says delivered to my mailbox but it wasn't in there which means your mail person put it in someone else's mailbox. This is a huge inconvenience to me. Wish I could give y'all 0 stars. Y'all should really be held accountable for these type of issues period.

They are terriable constant rude mail carriers biased supervisors who take carriers side and turn it around against the customer. Some letters just disappear and never found.

This is the second time that the Post Office or the mailman more specifically I should say, has refused to attempt to deliver a certified letter that is extremely important to me to my apartment. Because of supposed animal interference, There are no animals on this property. I have never seen a stray dog anywhere.
