Needed a very short chair and this one works. I still need a pillow behind my back as the shape of the curve is not quite correct. I have to figure out how to get the feet above heart level. Ordered that feature and not seeing instructions as to make it do so. Shipping updates would have been helpful. I still need help transferring from chair to mobility scooter as I cannot walk/stand. But being closer to the chair and ground is easier on my family.

Needing a lift chair for after impending surgery, I found U.S. Medical Supplies online and they were very helpful in my ordering of a chair to fit very short people. The chair arrived in a timely manner and I was able to get used to it before my surgery. The chair works very well but could use a little more padding in the seat and under my legs. Overall, shopping with them was a very pleasant experience. Timothy Worley was very knowledgeable about all my choices and led me to the perfect chair.

I ordered the lift chair because at the time of order they said it would ship within 2 business days and I needed it ASAP. A couple days later I got an email saying it would ship in 18 business days. I counldn't wait that long so I tried to cancel the order.

Good luck with trying to get in touch with this company after placing an order, it can't be done. I emailed them 3 times with no response, so I tried calling. Every time I called I got voice mail and no call back.

I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company to get the order cancelled.

I've done a lot of online transactions and this was by far the worst customer service issue I've ever seen. I can only imagine how screwed a customer would be if they got the chair and had a problem.

We have been using this chair now for a couple of weeks and my husband just loves it. It's soft, comfortable, and raises him up almost to a stand which really helps his poor knees.

You have to be kidding! Hang-ups, no call backs and six+ weeks with no lift chair. Still waiting...

I found them in a google search looking for a reclining chair for my husband who fell and broke his hip. They answered immediately, discussed and explained the chairs and were still there after I asked my husband about it. Great price. Free shipping and so love the chair. It is exactly what he needed: well made, easy to use going up and back and is now his best sitting/resting place as he continues to recover. A godsend. Cannot praise them enough.

I purchased a Pride lift chair with double lift motor from Pride. The chair was delivered on a Monday and unfortunately had a manufacturer defect. I contacted Dalton on the following Monday and the response and resolution was beyond my expectations. There were immediate responses and resolution within 48 hours of my expressed concern. A new chair will be delivered after the standard 15-20 day period to build the chair. I would recommend working with US Medical Supplies to anyone and highly recommend Dalton for his professionalism and customer service. I was weary initially about such an expensive purchase online but am absolutely satisfied. Now for the chair, the chair is wide but the seat of the chair is not adjusted to sit comfortably at stationary position. Also the user must be tall. It sits deep. Looking forward to experiencing the product in 20 days. Thank you the great pricing and customer service.

Ordered and received from US Medical Supplies a Golden MaxiComfort PR505-M26 Power Recliner Lift chair. The ordering process was simple and clear-cut. They even offered a coupon for over a $110 discount while I was in the process of ordering the chair online! Product was delivered in perfect condition 4+ weeks after my order by an excellent shipping service/company. My only concern in the entire process/experience was that the company (Golden Technologies) and seller (US Medical) did not provide any estimated time to manufacture and deliver the product. Luckily I was available when the product was delivered with only 2 days notice. BTW, the chair is FABULOUS! Comfortable, infinite adjustable positions, 26 inch wide seat, and ROCK SOLID! Weight capacity of 500 pounds and solid as any piece of furniture I have ever owned. Warning - you will need 2 strong folks to unpack and place this chair in your home as it weighs well over 150 pounds. Overall, a great piece of health related furniture and a great purchase for my future well-being.

I see other reviews with only 1 star and wonder what went wrong. Were these people really competent to get into a project like this. Seeing as this was my second time through the process I guess that helped. The initial process of placing the order was done at the end the day on a Friday so the C/S rep had to call back on Monday because there were a few questions he had forgotten to ask at first. After that it was like clockwork. The shipment arrived on UPS in 3 or 4 good sized boxes, everything was well marked, no box was too heavy for one man to lift. I did find a few loose nuts and washers from UPS tipping the box over and over, they came out of the inside box but were contained in the outer shipping box. The long rail had been damaged a little at the factory, you could see he filed the bent portion flat and smooth but missed another dent 8" further up. I took care of it in 5 minutes. The installation booklet could have been better, there were two times my brother-in-law and I were scratching out heads, but eventually it all came together. Total installation time was 8 man hours and everything worked the first time.

I purchased a Golden Lift Chair through US Medical Supplies in February 2018 and as promised the chair was "white glove" delivered 30 days later.
To date, I have a $2,000 Golden chair in my living room that doesn't work.
First, when "white glove" delivery men opened the shipping box they cut one of the chair power cables with their razor knife. I gave them tools to splice the wires and once set-up the chair won't recline properly. "White Gloves" delivery man called US Medical Supplies and asked for guidance since the product was defective. US Medical Supplies assured him/me that Golden was a reputable company and would stand by their product. Going on three weeks now and the chair still doesn't work.
Second, I'm 6'3" and US Medical sold me the Golden PR505 LRG DSC UNN Lift Chair with the impression that this chair size would accommodate my size/height. WRONG! The chair height, seat depth and length are not at all adequate for my stature. More frustrating is that these are the measurements Golden has come up with and I felt assured they would work for me. I have no idea how Golden came up with these measurements but trust me, this chair is way too small.
Given the fact that the chair doesn't work nor does it fit properly I want to send it back to US Medical/Golden however since I ordered the Brisa fabricate, which US Medial keeps telling me is a "custom" make, rather than refund my money they're convinced they can make the chair work. I have had token cooperation from US Medical re: these issues but will tell the world now, I have a $2,000 chair that doesn't fit or work and the only thing mattering to the Supplier and Manufacturer is the "sale" and not my satisfaction.
Moral of the story... you may save money buying on-line, but buyer beware!

I purchased the Golden MaxiComfort 505 Small Lift Chair for my 93 year old mother's birthday. This was the perfect gift because it was comfortable for her small frame. The deilvery was impeccable! The chair arrived with the specified timeframe, one day before her birthday and the delivery men were very nice and professional. This chair is highly recommended for anyone who needs assistance with getting up and sitting down as well and relaxing. I am very happy with the customer service assistance and delivery.
