So far everything was easy to set up. I received 2 referrals. The first referral will not answer the phone. The second referral said she was just looking and trying to decide where she want to live. Everyone at USHUD has been nice and helpful.

I really appreciate the commitment you have to your members. I've been with USHUD Cooperative for about 2 months now. In the first month I received 6 leads, of which I connected with 3 of them on the phone. I have a closing with one of those leads this week! I am so impressed with the quality of the leads and the information provided with each one. After the first 6 leads came in, there was about a 30 day lull when I received no leads. I called member services and told them about the situation. Justin returned my call that day with a plan to update the system. Since then, the leads have been coming in consistently. Justin and his team are great to work with and are very responsive. They listen and come up with a plan quickly. It feels good to know that I'm working with a team that cares.

I'm a long time realtor, who quite frankly has had a LOT of bad experiences with lead generation products. I got a call from Katelyn and it genuinely seems like a very no-nonesense straightforward approach which lacks a lot of the BS bells and whistles of so many products ( most of which put a lot of emphasis on technology driven overly complicated BOTS, platforms, fancy software etc. I'm familiar w this website and the fact that it's connected to the MLS AND having an exclusive presense makes it seem somewhat compelling ( in my opinion) I'm excited to get started. I have a good feeling about it!
