I have been a customer of USHUD for 1.5 months. My experience with USHUD has been mostly with customer service. I have direct access to service and consulting. Fawn and Maleah have been very professional and informative.
The leads have been varied. 2 of the 5 calls I've made have been a good connection.

I needed some assistance with my account and had the pleasure of working with Maleah! She was very friendly, efficient and eager to help. There was an error in the financing department and she immediately returned my call and fixed the problem. Her customer service is 10 stars!
