Back in June, I wanted to send my parcel and created a request for dispatch.
At first, I was asked to create a query. After that, I was asked to provide documents. I did it all. And now, 4 weeks after the successful verification of documents - the parcel is still not sent. I still see this inscription "processing usually takes 24 hours."
Over the past two weeks, support has been telling me that they have serious problems with the warehouse and do not know when they will ship my package.
What does it mean? Just awful service for a pretty serious fee.
I enjoy affordable and transparent international shipping costs.

It has taken me so long to write my review about how good your services has been to helping customers like me to have the best shopping experience abraod. I used to pay for orders to be shipped from the store's warehouse straight to my country buy was never a good experience proof by the expense of customs duties paid for each itm ordered from different warehouses in the USA. I found your advert via a social media and decided to try something up with you. I have specifically shipped two different packages all trying to compare the cost I have been incurring on shipping when I used to ship straightly from stores to directing all ordered items to the warehouse and seeking your services, but now Ican boastly say your services were superb and cost efficient. Very easy and efficient company, would recommend without hesitation. You receive an email as soon as your parcel is received. And the whole process is smooth. You have the option of selecting cheaper couriers to decrease the cost of forwarding.
For clients in Nigeria, you can only pay with webmoney. There are other methods of topping your e-wallet like western union and wire transfer, but the bank charges in Nigeria for these methods are expensive, making the whole idea of reducing cost penny wise pound foolish.
You have to be a literate person to read and understand webmoney so you can use it. You will need your JPEG scaned copy of your international passport and proof of residence to be able to register on webmoney. The process took me about 2 weeks. But with proper guide, 3 days.

I buy online from the states to ship to me in Canada so my review is based on that experience. Their website is easy to use, their pricing is very fair for the service they provide, they always pay back the shipping difference if the initial estimate is over, and their customer service has always been helpful when I needed it. I can't see myself using any other service for this shipping need! Remember you are also paying for all the services their business provides to you, not just the raw shipping cost, so the cost is quite reasonable when you keep that in mind!
I am a Federally Licensed Firearm dealer. I shipped a firearm legally to another dealer via their website. The package was rejected by the addressee, and being sent back to me. UPS delivered back to US GoBuy / Post Pony warehouse in Oregon. The warehouse illegally opened my package and refused to send it back. My FFL license was in the package, and I emailed it to them. Also sent them links to the ATF and UPS regarding the legalities of shipping firearms. They have refused to ship it back and just told me sorry. Really? They are now in possession of a stolen firearm, and mail fraud for opening the package. I am so disgusted by the service I have received, primarily by someone named Felix. DO NOT SHIP USING THIS COMPANY, BEWARE AS THEY ARE THIEVES, AND SCAM ARTISTS.

We are sorry for the inconvenience we caused to you. But unfortunately we have to open customer's packages to check the obvious damages, prohibited items, etc which is needed by most of our customers.
In this case we cannot ship your firearms to any destination except returning it to the sender.

A lot of people are complaining about overcharging shipping cost, and yes, they do overcharged you. Let me give you an example why you are overpaying the shipping cost.
According to the customer representative, each package is rounded up. If the package is 0.1lb, it will be set as 1lb. If the package is 1.1lb it will be set as 2lb, same for the dimension.
When you have multiple packages in your account and when you are ready to ship it to your home, they will charge you before consolidation. Which means if you have 5 x 0.1lb packages, you will be charged 5lb.
Yes, after consolidation if the package is 0.5lb, it will be charged as a 1lb package.
So even though they will "credit" you after consolidation, you will have lots of credit sitting on your account, which means you will be forced to you up your credit.
It's their company policy, and there is nothing we can do about it.
July 2 2018 - Just want to response to CSR Monica W - The service your company provide is still misleading. Is there any reason why your shipping calculator allows us to enter 0.5lb but when shipping the package it will always round up like 1lb 2lb etc? Please don't tell me most companies do that, well at least mymallbox.com don't do that.
After you pay we will open, repack and consolidate your parcels for each shipment in order to minimize the weight and save you shipping fee. All the difference will be credited to your e-wallet in your account. In most of the time, the actual amount is much lower than the estimated amount you pay us.
I am sorry but for most of the shipping companies, the minimum weight of a shipped parcel will be 1 lbs. Any parcels less than 1 lbs will be charged the same as 1 lbs.
I am sorry but Pre-packaging is only available for silver, gold and diamond members. Basic members cannot use pre-packaging service.

They sent me an email to write something good about them and they will give me $10 coupon which I did not like...

This was my first time, doing a reship, so I was a bit nervous, but usgobuy was perfect they did exactly as advertised and I got my package safe and fast without any issues, I really enjoyed it and will continue using it in the future.

Consolidation is free and you can store products for up to 60 days in their warehouse. I have previously used a lot of freight forwarding services but none offer as fast shipping as usgobuy does. The CS team is always prompt with responses. Theres also a live chat if you need it. Sometimes i dont even get charged with customs! There are no hidden fees like some other companies do. I definitely recommend trying out usgobuy!

So far it has been a great experience using us go buy service. I just hope you could offer cheaper shipping rate. And at 1 time, I remember there is I package was not register in your system and was not send to me. I have check with the US postal service and it was delivered to your location. I hope this doesn't occur in my future shipping experience.
This is more than a review. This is a recent experience that I want to share.
I live in Argentina and I'd bought three items from same seller in USA, shipped to Oregon warehouse. The shipping calculator had estimated a shipping cost of about 110 USD. When the package arrived to the warehouse, I could't make a consolidation due there was only one parcel at the deposit and due its volume, the shipping costs had raised to 200 USD. Furthermore, I was noticed I was in debt by 8 USD since a previous shipping (They didn't claimed it to me). I emailed to Selina (Customer service) and she said "Don't worry. We always do our best to make the parcel smaller and lighter to reduce the shipping fee". And she sent me an8% discount code for the inconvenience. They repacked the items maintaining protections, they applied a discount of 8% and finally they refunded me on the same day, in my credit card, about 85 USD. Conclusion: I've paid about 115 USD for the service and the previous debt, and I'd got my items 7 days after that chat in my house, in Argentina, at the end of the world. This is a thing that I call "Customer Service" in capitals.
Fancy website, but very expensive forwarding costs (more than double the value of my goods). Plus, they do not do any of the things they advertise - they don't re-pack to save you money and they don't reply promptly. I think the 'positive' reviews on this site may not be from real people. They are worded suspiciously like the responses I have received from their customer service team.
My package has been at USGOBUY since JANUARY and still hasn't been forwarded to me, or returned. Customer service is simply dreadful - the worst I have ever encountered anywhere. I have sent over 15 emails, with varying incoherent and moronic replies from their customer service team. Customer service refuse to refer me to a manager to resolve my issue. Beyond bad,,,,, don't waste your time or money dealing with USGOBUY.
