BEWARE!
I was satisfied with my experience until a parcel they sent me was declared lost. Their policy is to refund only for the lowest priced item in the parcel. In other words, if you buy an expensive new phone and a protective case, they'll refund you $9 for the case + shipping! And this is at best, if you made sure like I did to purchase insurance (now useless I realize)... I tried to contact DHL directly but they ask that we deal with the sender directly so they can replace the items. No luck here.
Emailing back and forth with USGOBUY has been a painful experience. They write what feels like copy-pasted answers, completely ignoring questions and requests for help.
There is nothing worst then feeling ripped off and not being able to do anything about it.
Very sad I didn't realize this before losing valuable items and wasting money. They don't even deserve one star.
I had a parcel sent to Europe. I thought the price I paid USGoBuy for shipping and handling was reasonable until I was asked by the actual shipping company to pay for shipping and handling again. It turned out that USGobuy had kept the money to themselves and the shipping company's shipping fees were a lot higher. I ended up paying three times what USgoBuy had initially quoted.

While our shipping rates include all shipping and handling costs, you may still be responsible for certain Import Duties and Taxes levied against your shipment by your country. Good packaging and handling of goods, their system is so good you don't even need to talk to someone. And if you pay for more than the weight of your parcel you get a refund automatically.

Talking about professionalism, UsGoBuy is the one, they know what they doing and everything executed perfectly. Thats why I give 5 Star review, one suggestion if they can add easier payment like PayPal or Credit Card for our country (Indonesia), that would speed up the whole process as this moment our only option is using Western Union which takes time. They don`t even deserve 1 star
I submitted my parcel for shipping & then they started asking for ID, process took 7-8 days (I contacted around 10 times regarding this), then they told me that your parcel will be shipped in 24hrs. After 24hrs, I got a mail saying there`s a problem with your order because your IDs don`t have anti-counter-felting stamps (I sent them original pics of my IDs same as my govt issued me). Then they asked for proof of purchases, I sent them proof of purchases for both products, they replied that one of them doesn`t matches the product we`ve received. I got one item from a amazon seller who ordered it directly from google store & it got shipped from google`s warehouse directly, I asked amazon seller to provide me the receipt of Google store, It took around 12hrs to get that, then I sent my receipt to their mail again. It`s been 3 days now, they stopped responding, they`re not replying to any of my mails, they stopped chatting (blocked me I guess). Haven`t seen this poor customer service in my whole life, I SUGGEST EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESHIP & DON`T TAKE CHANCE WITH EXPENSIVE ITEMS.

No matter when you ship parcels to our warehouse, or request shipment to you, the recipient name must be your legal name and same to the name associated with your account. Any discrepancy will result in identification verification and the forwarding of your packages may be delayed.
I am sorry but there are no anti-counterfeiting watermarks on your identifications, and your parcels are from Google Store which is not matched with your purchase proofs(your purchase proofs shows it's from Amazon and there is no billing address on it).
Based on above reasons, I am sorry but your parcel cannot be shipped currently for security reasons.
After problem about USgobuy.com send me wrong item (other item). USgobuy give me solution. Send me original item and give me refund about cost ship back wrong item to usa. Thanks
I am using usgobuy.com more than 3 year. First use this service they have excellent service for forwarding but right now. They service really bad. First they always make repeat mistakes. I give this example: I want prepackage my item and choose option for Ship USPS only. But when invoice out. My package always in DHL ship cost not in USPS. This is happen again and again. 4 my last shipment always get problem like this. And I must contact USGOBUY Customer service for modified my package.
Another problem cause USgobuy: USgobuy.com send me wrong package. Other member package. They want me ship back and give all refund cause this problem. I already ship back item into USGobuy.com warehouse. They promise to give all refund cause usgobuy.com mistakes ( Shipping back to USA + Tax Duty when wrong item arrived in my country) I already email benson chen for all details refund. Usgobuy promise give refund only in shipping balance in my account not refund money in my paypal (Bad Refund) but until now I never got refund because this problem. Not refund as money in paypal or refund as shipping balance in my account. I try ask about my refund but never got reply. So I open this problem in this sites. I hope USgobuy.com will reply and give my refund. I need refund as money in my paypal not as balance shipping in my account. If U need more details about my problem I can give all document and screenshot of your reply about promise me refund cause this problem

You may opt not to insure the shipment. If you choose not to insure you shipment, you take the full risk of any loss or damage to your goods during the shipment process.
Claims are typically processed and paid within 10 business days of receipt. Please note that Duties and Taxes are not covered by insurance. If your package is lost and you paid insurance, we will compensate the lower one of declare value and invoice, international shipping fee and insurance fee.
