Rates are fair and shipment is fast. Package consolidation is excellent and they take good care of the packaging. Only complaint is that they charge an estimate fee before consolidation that is higher than the final price, so you have to pay in advance for them to reimburse you later.

I gave 4 stars as the website is not intuitive enough and makes feel insecure, other than that I am finding this freight forwarder USGObuy extremely reliable, economical and trustworthy. I've shipped several times to Australia and I have never had a communication issue unlike MyUS, who are very combative in my experience (probably a bigger merchant). If you have a question their customer service has always satisfied my query. All the above could change of course but I've been using them for close to a year and I will continue to do so based on precedent.
Cheap and fast.
I needed to ship a small hard to get item from US to Canada however when comparing all other forwarders, they often charged 2-3x more.
UsGoBuy had the cheapest rate including tracking and there was zero issue with my order.

Been using usgobuy for past year now, just advanced to silver membership after 1K+ spent on shipping. In total only 1 parcel lost (15km from home) and 3 damaged. ALL cases were handled professionally and insurance refunded. All other parcels arrived on time, vwell repackaged - excellent customer service.
