Since the first moment I received my first shipment in my personal "address", Has becoming an excellent relieve for my International shippings, No complain, all perfect, all arrive on time and the service, superb.

I have been using USGOBUY for about 2 years and I really love this company.
The customer service via Live Chat is convenient and responsible.
Sometimes, Walmart just leave my package doorway and go away in the weekends.
The staffs of USGOBUY help me to find my packages back.

They have a lot of other service that you can choose but you have to pay for it sometimes.
However, the most important thing is to get your package on your hands, isn't it?

I don't know why where are a lot of negative opinions from others but I will definitely to use this company in my future.

They used to have a very reasonable shipping method called DHL Parcel International Standard. I did have one package forwarded using that service, and it was a good experience. So I ordered two pairs of sunglasses to their warehouse. Imagine my surprise when I saw that the above shipping option had been discontinued, and I was required to pay some $50 for shipping two small and light items. Their customers service representative said they had sent an email notification about cancelling DHL Parcel International Standard, but I definitely hadn't received it. And I always check my spam folder. They also said the shipping would probably cost less than the amount I saw on their website, and they would refund the difference as credit, but I'm afraid that just isn't good enough. There are other mail forwarding services that offer more reasonably priced options (like shipping via Aramex, that are usually quick and quite cheap).

There are a lot of US forwarding services available and each have their pros and cons. They're based out of Portland, OR which has the advantage of being a tax free state (i. E. no extra taxes for my US purchases). I've been using their services since 2013 for both small and medium-sized shipments to Canada and have been very pleased. Shipping is very quick and their fees are low - including decent prices for DHL Express. Their warehouse team are very good at prepping and packaging shipments quickly. Whenever I have questions, I have had good results communicating directly via their web chat support. The service includes an online shipping management tool that allows you to easily track and manage incoming and outgoing shipments. Highly recommend.

PROS:
- Free account registration
- Portland address (no state taxes)
- Online self-service via shipping management tool
- Optional "buy for me" and package photo services (extra cost)
- Excellent customer support, including online-chat
- Discounted shipping rates & discounts (DHL, FedEx, USPS)

CONS:
- Shipping management tool takes a bit of getting used to
- Slight delay in response times if communicating outside of West Coast (PDT) working hours.
- Direct contact by phone is not always available

Very happy with thier services, been dealing with them for 5 years so far and shipping not less than 20 shipments a year, never lost any item, fast and pricing are good

I've tried a few delivery forwarding services from the US and I am sharing my experiences here for USGoBuy forwarding services.

For US purchases and deliveries outside of US, I've been using USgobuy regularly since 2020, simply because of a few key Pros:-

1. Free US address (while others do charge after a certain period of time).

2. Lower costs when shipping more than 1 package- Just click on the "Remove all unnecessary packaging (such as shoe boxes)" options under the SHIPPING AND PACKING OPTIONS, just before you ship your packages> Your total package dimensions and weight will drop due to the consolidation to 1 package and hence, the overall costs will also drop. The excess money that you've paid upfront can be refunded back to you via PayPal.

3. International deliveries are lightning fast (about 2-3 days).

The Cons:-
1. They do not on-board new customers and people are left to figure out things by themselves. But their customer services have improved over time and you can chat with their staff for your needs and queries.

2. Their forwarding costs (alot shipments are fulfilled by DHL) can be pricey and they do not have online discount coupon codes readily available, unless they give it out via emails or on special occasions (e.g 4th July, Christmas etc) or when you've used their services long enough. Again, you can check with their chat support whenever you need a coupon code.

3. They do not have descriptions or photos of incoming or outgoing shipments, so you have to manually match up the tracking numbers of incoming shipments & write the descriptions yourself. Something I think they can improve on.

In the case of incoming unmatched tracking numbers or unknown shipments, you have the option to request photos of the shipment to identify the sender or product, at the cost of $5 per 5 photos.

I have used the services of USGOBUY two times, and I'm about to ship from them for the third time now. For my last shipment, they really did a great job consolidating all the seven items in my shipment and all seven of them came in excellent condition. Totally satisfied with their services. Trust me, you can trust these guys. They really won't let you down. Go, USGOBUY!

I used to use this place a lot. Now, they are simply way to expensive. They tried to convince me it cost $47 USD to ship USPS a 6" x 8" x 0.25" padded envelope to Ontario Canada. Even when told they are crazy, they kept the money. They usually refund you after you pay... They don't do that any more. They just kept the whole amount I paid them. I also found, their site claimed the packaged was shipped express, but it was actually shipped standard post. Time to find a new forwarder

I've ordererd through usgobuy multiple times, and the shipping, handling and prices have always been fast, securely packed and reasonably priced. I recommend them full-heartedly!

First they lie about the weight and dimensions of your packages so that they can charge you a higher price to pocket the difference (as confirmed by the initial courier tracking information to their address compared to what they entered into their system). Then on top of that they do not honor the prices they set on their own website for the dimensions and weight they lie about which makes the cost calculator they provide to entice you to sign up completely useless. Once your package is received at their location with the inflated weight and size added to your account, you can view prices from the list of couriers they use to ship your package, choose one and pay. Now you're done, right? Not even close because they still won't ship to you. You'll have to send multiple harassing emails asking why your package hasn't been shipped despite already paying and they will make ridiculous excuses giving you the run around and wasting endless time claiming that you owe them an additional payment because the price they provided and programmed into their own website that you paid apparently isn't accurate. So at this point they have added 3 additional price increases to your packages but it doesn't end there. They also open and go through all your sealed items without consent which is a federal crime. Piss poor service, no accountability, false advertising, trash communication. The list goes on with this place. What they do is literally extortion. They hold your packages hostage and keep demanding more money with no real justification until you pay. It's straight up fraud. I have used several other package forwarding companies in the past with this being by far the worst, most unreliable and dishonest one. No contest. It's as if they're literally trying to provide you with the worst experience possible all while pinching you for every last penny. It results in an over priced, frustrating, waste of time. I hope the owner takes a long walk off a short pier so the company goes out of business and can spare additional victims the headaches. Complete scam. Avoid this dumpster fire.

USGOBUY is the best package forwarder. I live in South Africa and they have the best rates and service. I can truly say that they repackage items in such a way that even shipping to South Africa nothing got damaged, and I have sent 35 shipments. Great Company!

Had 3 packages sent by them so far. First 2 was good and packed my items compactly and the shipping was reasonable. Not sure what happened with the 3rd but they used a box that's way too big for my items, padded the dimensions even more and charged me almost twice what it should've cost! Half of the box was foam peanuts! I had to spend time and energy to measure and photograph everything to dispute the charge, and when asked if this is a regular occurrence, I was told to send them a note every time to ask them not to use too many peanuts! So their customers gotta remind them how to do their job right every single time now? Ridiculous! They did give me a full refund so I'll give them another chance but if this happens again I'm looking for another package forwarding company.

I've been using USGoBuy reship services on several occasions. So far my experience with them is very good, including communicating with their CS, which was quick to respond.
I only recommend avoiding the two least expensive regular (non-express) DHL shipping methods as using these may result in excessive delay and even return of your shipment. This happened to one of my shipments and I lost the shipping fee that I paid, however USGoBuy offered me a store credit that covered half of my losses even though it was not their fault.

I have been using the service for the last 3 years and so far very happy. No missing items and shipments in general are delivered on time or close to it very happy

The fastest delivery timetime was 3 days and the longest 7 days.
Customer since September 2018 and after using two other shipping companies, I am overall satisfied with usgobuy's servcies, answers to questions are quite fast, photography and repacking services are quite good.
Me as an e-commerce professional, speed of shipments is important and usgobuy ships fairly quickly.
The point for improvement remains the possibility of shipping batteries, usgobuy does not ship computer batteries, mobile phones,...
