Filled out application, went to payment, a message popped up that said there was a problem with your payment and within 3 seconds the message disappeared before I could read what the problem was. A timer was ticking for how long I had to complete the application so I submitted payment a second time and it went through, now I am worried I will be double charged. When handling payment for sensitive information there should never be any confusion.

The process required more on my part because I had to get the sworn statement notarized, but it was totally worth it. I needed the document quickly, and it came within a few days of ordering it.
