Bought shoes 3 weeks ago have not gotten or received email answer for hold up. Look at name of company O U LOS meaning you lost your money. Buyer be ware scam and ripe off

Crap. I ordered these because they looked cool. They send you a tracking number that doesn't update. They don't really answer emails. No Boots. No money back.

They looked pretty cool! I bought 2 pairs on April 10th. But I haven't received them or heard about it since then. I thought it was taking a while, and then it started feeling suspicious when the tracking number hadn't updated. I looked on here just now, and it's kind of a bummer to see the same thing is happening to everyone else. Hopefully we all get them any day, but I'm seriously doubting it. I've been scammed like this before.

Edit: I just got a very kind and legit seeming email back about why I haven't received my shoes yet. They explained why it was happening and said they were sorry for the delay. They reassured me that they are a real company as well because I had mentioned my concerns. I will come back here to edit this with another update when I find out the truth. Maybe I really will get my awesome shoes and this rating will change; maybe I'm terribly gullible and just as scammed as I was before.
Time will tell.

Edit(current): Time has told! I was genuinely surprised to find the two pairs of shoes I ordered in the mail today. I had waited since April 9th, and received them August 3rd. All that said, they seem nice! The green ones are lined with fur, so they will be better for winter, but the brown ones are not, so I look forward to wearing them soon. The bottoms do not have very serious tread, but they seem just fine for normal, casual wear.

Same as everyone here, frustrated. I feel as if we all impulse purchased these shoes so perhaps thats something to reflect on but it feels right lousy to be scammed. Only 1 "pair" purchased, I hope that is all they get from me.

My stomach dropped when I read these reviews. I think this is the first time I've realllly been scammed with an online purchase. Sigh. Big wake up call. My hard earned money out the door. I emailed customer support and no response. Also, tracking number doesn't update. I'm so pissed. In the future, how does one verify a business?

I ordered a pair almost 3 weeks ago due to a targeted facebook ad (I had been looking at getting a new pair of shoes). Looked cool, so I bought a pair of "Buffalos" for $70 with insurance.

Fast forward 3 weeks, 4 emails, and 1 response from support I just got basically saying "give it 5 days" (newsflash, its been nearly 20 days) and still no update on my tracking order. It says its pending shipment from California and has not changed.

There is no customer support number - probably some guy in his parents basement drop shipping shoes from Alibaba running a "business". Thankfully I work in in technology and they'll be taken care of - total scam.

Do NOT buy from this "company". There is absolutely no indication that they are a real company, no real customers (all fake pictures and reviews), and no indication whatsoever that they "help the buffalos".

If you run this company, go do yourself a favor and get a job, you clearly dont know how to run a business.

The tracking number they provide doesn't update. Even after a week from their shipped notification e-mail. All you get is excuses when you message them. Just a scam.

Haven't received any communication in days. Broken English on website and in reviews. I was able to find the shoes being sold elsewhere online. Used COVID-19 as an excuse for delays in initial email. Don't buy.

I bought a $59.99 pair of oulos premium buffalo shoes. Size 10.5, Color Khaki, 9.99 shipping with tracking number through fedex.

Holidays came in between my purchase and processing time, (not based in the us) figured either way send an email to check on status. No response yet. I waited 7 days after purchase for my tracking number to update, it did not. I emailed and its been 3 days. When I get a response, update in shipping or the shoes I'll edit this review until than. Buyer beware. I went to the website directly, reviews weren't too bad. I have a funny feeling.
