No Question- Scam

Saw their promo ad on IG, purchased boots mid April. My bank immediately sent me an alert regarding the transaction because it was international. Weird, they're clearly branded to LOOK North American but then again there's no location info anywhere on the site. Did I just fall for a Chinese IG scam? Nope, just a Spanish IG scam. I got a "welcome to the family" email and for some reason they include their location on that, weird. Out of caution, I tried to cancel my order. This was within 20 minutes of purchase. My request was ignored. The next day I got a shipping number... which didn't work, because it was never sent. So I start looking into this company. And now my suspicions are confirmed. The site was made a month before my purchase, but they feature reviews from many months in the past. They're all fake. But hey, even the Chinese scammers actually send a product, so I tell the company that the tracking code doesn't work. This time they respond and tell me they'll fix it. WOW! They did, they generated the tracking number a month later!... and nothing has happened since then. It's been three more weeks (over about 7 weeks total now) and they haven't delivered anything to their local post office or courier to be shipped.

Long story short, this is a scam. 100%. Fake reviews, non-existent product. They're just stealing your money. $70 lesson I'll take to heart

I ordered my shoes 4/*******. Today is 6/4/2020. I am still waiting for the shoes. Sent 2 emails to customer service via rheir "Shop" tracking app and received no answers. They have no address, no tel# to call. Terrible company. They sure are not in business of having repeat happy customers

Why did I do it!?

As I am now part of the herd, I am saddened by the lack of care greed has on others, this company has not been forthcoming with me or any of these other folks! Therefore I too hope that my shoes will arrive. Trusted that Facebook had our backs, however I made the mistake to trust! Uff da! Why did I do it!? I can't afford to throw away $60. But I did! Looks like I will sign up with any class action suit against this "company"

Oulos NON DELIVERY

Do not buy from this company. I purchased my shoes April 19,2020. It is now June 3, and I have not received them. It is a scam. Sophia Brown sends out a pre written form email that always says the same thing. ZERO STARS since they are thieves.

Paid $90 for shoes and socks on 4/15/20 and still nothing. A couple emails promising they are on the way but looks like they are thieves. Like everyone else, I advise you don't fund this fraud.

I, like the rest of you, ordered a pair of shoes on 4/8/2020 and opted out of the tracking. After 1 month of waiting, I emailed them to see what was up. I did get a reply and it said the worldwide pandemic was the reason for such long delays. Ok fine I get it things are crazy. So I wait another 3 weeks and message back in saying it's been 7 weeks and still nothing. What's up and that's when I received almost the same reply. They didnt offer a resolution. I even asked for tracking because 7 weeks is a ridiculous! I ended I'm up filing a dispute with my credit card & I got my money back! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I ordered from Usaoulos on May 6,2020. Supposedly they were shipped on May 11. To date I have requested updates twice and received email replies both indicating that the order is still in transit, along with identical paragraphs about "the worldwide epidemic." Both came from Sophia Brown, whose name I've seen elsewhere on this thread. As others here have stated, my tracking continues to indicate that the product hasn't arrived at USPS yet. I've just protested the charge with my credit card company.

Have we all been scammed? Ive been waiting 43 days and the product still hasn't arrived at USPS or has a projected delivery date.

If I ever receive the goods that I paid for, what would happen if the shoes had a defect for some reason (it happens with all manufacturers), I'm assuming there's not a return policy that would ensure I get my money's worth anytime this year? Where's the accountability?

I have reached out to customer service twice and was informed that they are affected by COVID-19 and OULOS are not to blame for shipping delays. Which is crazy, because an online retailer, without a brick and mortar HQ, should be competent in providing transparent and reasonably efficient order fulfillment.

I ordered these shoes 5 weeks before a camping trip, and wanted to support a small and growing business, instead of a larger retailer that ousts small businesses from the market. I should have done better research though, because this is not acceptable at all.

If you have the product in stock and you have accepted my payment; then it shouldn't take 43 days and counting before it even reaches a postal agency like USPS.

Close your business down until you can fulfill your outstanding orders. Or, just refund me as I've previously requested. The way this company operates does a disservice to the people that produce your product (if there even is a product! Every other reviewer believes this is a straight-up scam!)

Shame.

So, personally I don't think it's a scam. Although I did order my boots April 16 and I have not received them yet. Just like everyone else my tracking number did not update, and it says no tracking number available. I contacted the company and they did update me and letting me know that they had issues during the Covid situation. Which I expected and definitely understood. The part that bothered me is I wanted help seeing if I can find them etc. unfortunately there was no help there. I think a lot of people but a lot of booths around the same time, I'm seeing a lot of people Who posted the reviews back in April. That's around the time they had that big sale, but no one can really predict this situation. It really sucks, I understand, but I also don't

Same situation as others posting here. A month and counting and no shoes. The first few complaints resulted in customer service response - and a complimentary gluten-free cake recipe? - now they just ignore my inquiries. Hopeless.

The tracking information I was given now states that they were shipped May 3rd (23 days AFTER I ordered them) from CHINA and are now in Ocean Transit (yes, by f**king boat). So either I can expect these boots sometime in July or I have just kissed $59.99 goodbye. I would recommend everyone who is having the same issues to file a complaint with the FTC so at least their website can be marked as fraud and be taken down in the U.S.

LOOKS BAD VERY BAD

Ordered 3 weeks ago. Given a tracking # that never works. When I email my concerns they have excuses, but no updates. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They told me coming from China. Other buyer was told shoes were coming from Spain.

Still waiting for a "courier" to get the shoes to a shipper in Spain. (Covid-19-speak for "we got nuthin'".) Waiting over a month now nice emails from them. "Be patient, Corona Virus, blah-blah-blah".

This is my 2nd review and I must first apologize to the company for my first one... but really folks, did it need to take 2 months to get here. It did and that is why like so many others I called it a scam, notified them I was doing so, and forgot about it. So then they came, were extremely nice, and fit perfectly.
