I od tego momentu firma nie odpowiada na maile lub odsyła do nieaktualnych informacji a zamówienie nie jest wysłane, nie można go anulować ani odzyskać pieniędzy. Jak to możliwe że po tylu podobnych skargach takie firmy nadal reklamują i sprzedają w internecie. Oczywiście nie mam zamiaru odpuścić moich pieniędzy i zgłoszę naruszenie moich praw w każdej dostępnej przestrzeni i w każdej możliwej instytucji konsumenckiej. Nie umawiałem się na taki zakup gdzie płacę z góry za nieistniejący produkt a moje maile są ignorowane.
After waiting in anticipation at receiving what looked like smart rugged boots, I was sadly disappointed at the product when I opened the package. Flimsy. Cheap and awkward to wear as the cheap ' very faux leather is very flimsy as are the soles.
There is NO information as to where how or what these shoes are made. No information labels at all!
I assume China is the culprit responsible for making and marketing said product.

I ordered the product on March 1. It shipped on the 3rd. According to the terms and conditions, once the product ships, it must arrive within 15 business days. It arrived on business day 17 on March 22.
I will not accept excuses that "customs" could cause delays as this is a company that claims to be in France. There are no customs within the EU. Nowhere on their website do they state that their factory is in China.
The "shoes" arrived in a package that looked like it had been kicked around a football field for a week, then chewed and vomited by a horse.
Then, when the package was opened, it was clear I had purchased fake "slippers", not shoes. It is not made of leather and the soles appear to be made of cheap plastic, not rubber.
The terms & conditions are a violation of EU consumer law on several accounts.
1. OULOS cannot refuse to refund the customer if:
(i) the product is damaged or (ii) *IT IS COUNTERFEIT*.
2. The same goes for the cost of shipping the product back. OULOS refuses to reimburse those costs. If the product is damaged or counterfeit, the shipper *MUST PAY*. OULOS claims to be in France. They must follow French and EU consumer laws.
I see on the reviews that someone is trying to start a class-action lawsuit. I doubt this will come to fruition. However, I will be reporting this company to the EU Consumer Protection Agency.
I am going to try to get some compensation via my credit card company. I have sent a detailed email to the company but I do not expect a reply or solution.
Just be aware that this company is a total scam from A to Z. They are NOT located in France and even though they write that they are.
Took months to arrive. I had requested a refund as I had already purchased other shoes, they had agreed, but nothing happened. Then out of the blue this shabby little packet arrived looking like it had been used as a temporary game of football. General impression of the shoes: cheap and flimsy. Conclusion: Never trust rubbish advertised on Facebook, they are making a fortune as a gateway for all kinds of rubbish merchandise without accepting any responsibility.
Complete scam! My order was lost and even with confirmation from the delivery company Oulos refuses to refund me. Scandal! I take legal action! I am French and live in France.
The delivery time, quality and fit is extremely poor. After waiting ages for my shoes I cant get them on they are to narrow and to tight. The quality is crap, the suede is a poor imitation of the real thing and even if they fit which they dont they would not last more than 5 minutes. These are meant to be premium shoes! I think I've been scammed
The Buffalo has zero support and the bottoms are made of plastic. The upper part that appeared to be leather on their website is actually faux suede, man made material. There is no rubber, leather and absolutely ZERO support.
Where is the leather? Where is the Support? Where's the rubber sole?
Purchased 2 pair March 2020, it took 3 months to get them. Was unable to get my money back or shipping costs to return them. So I'm stuck with shoes sho crappy, I can't sell them at a yard sale and I can't give them away. Pure garbage.
These shoes took about 6 months to get to me and are the cheapest things I have ever seen. They are not even worth 10 dollars. They fit terrible, extremely narrow. So even if I wanted to wear them, I cannot. They told me to return them to a Address in Spain. That would be just burning more money on something not worth it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
Ordered my shoes in April 2020 and like many others who have complained, here I am sitting at the end of August with no shoes. Complained multiple times to the company only to receive he same automatic response saying how covid-19 has slowed down shipments. Never has anyone reached out to me with any real non pre scripted bs.
Stay away from them, do not waste your time or money. You can find similar products elsewhere and you might actually receive them.
After 4 months shoes arrived, I had already moved on and forgotten about them. I treated them poorly over emails thinking this was a scam. This is not a scam.
In regards tho the shoes, they are super comfortable and more like indoor shoes for Canada weather (Rain and / or snow). My credit card refund the money, i will call them and have them take back.
Ordered a pair of shoes from this company in April, 2020. As of August, no shoes. After a couple of emails welcoming me to the "family" and claiming that the order was on its way, nothing. If this were just my experience I might blame the post office or the COVID-19 difficulties. But reading over the other reviews, this is the norm. Buyer beware!

So called Sophia Brown, "You're order arrived May 20th. Contact FedEx." She provided my original order tracking number.
I respond that I am attempting to make an exchange because I received the incorrect shoe.
Fake person Sophia Brown sends me pdf file that I have to fill out and send with the shoes.The address is in Spain. " Rafal Vílchez, Nawual. Calle Juan Domingo Gálvez Pérèz, 1,******* Lopera, Jaén. Spain" I've never shipped anything internationally. I can't even figure out if this is even an address... Google shows some castle. If you ordered shoes from this company and got what you ordered I am so jealous of you.
I had thought I was scammed because it took so long for this order to come and in my haste I spoke horribly about this company not taking into consideration covid-19. I have now received my shoes and I like them very much. I'm sorry I was misled by people who also didn't give time time. I'm very happy with my purchase thank you for your service
We ordered shoes on April 20,2020. Today is June 29,2020 and still nothing. The tracking just says they have been in California since May 20,2020 and I live in Washington. I tried emailing and asking for money back and all I got was 'here is your tracking number'. I am done, just contacted bank and put a dispute on purchase. What a joke.
Slow to get here, but I received a timely email response with a link to track shipment far better than Shop app. Received today and I'm happy with the product. What I expected and will wear around the house as I do other brands like Ugg, Duluth Trading and Bear Paw. These are actually as comfortable as my more expensive Ugg's.
Not impressed. Made with poor material - I paid $60 for a glorified bedroom slippers. I put them on and the lace holes ripped.
But on a possitive note, they did send something that looked like they belong on feet. The shoes appear to be made from a vinyl cow. Their return policy is useless, it takes 6 months to get the shoes and the refund is store credit for more useless shoes.
Answer: Unfortunately. Very cheaply made with zero support or padding. It's like walking in stiff plastic handbags with completely flat soles as hard as whatever you walking on, like pavement or concrete. Wore them 1 time. Uncomfortable all day.
Answer: Good question. If these shoes could've been bought elsewhere such as Zappos or Amazon, it would've a better choice as far as actually getting the shoes in a timely manner.
