I shopped around everywhere and US Appliance was the best price for the LG refrigerator we wanted by several hundred dollars. There are a few different things to note when using them. The separate delivery company will literally just drop it off by your front door within a time frame they give you. I urged the driver to WAIT until I unpacked and inspected it per the US Appliance instructions. The driver was a bit impatient but was kind enough to wait. There were no dents or scratches so I signed. He said he was not sure what we would do if we did find scratches or dents. He never usually waits and takes them back. I can see why they don't try to bring it in to the house because we needed to take the doors off to fit it inside. We also needed a dolly and two men to lift it up two steps. We were able to hook it up ourselves with the ice maker but had to run to the hardware store for the hose parts. In addition, we had to dispose of the huge cardboard box, styrafoam and the pallet. And they did not take our old refrigerator. To us, this was worth saving a few hundred dollars but it may not be for some people. I will definitely check out US Appliance in the future. They were a great middle man and easy to work with.

Easy navigation great prices hoping for smooth transaction and delivery. When we received our appliances the dishwasher was pretty damaged so we refused delivery and when I called to report the damage (as per contract) I was put on hold for 10 minutes so I called back and us appliances was closed. But called the next morning and the person I spoke to was very helpful.

Second purchase thru this company-thrilled with first one 7 yrs ago. That range still works like new. Never a service call. Happy
NOT!
Not so thrilled to receive 3 out of 3 major appliances DAMAGED- very visibly, I might add. Purchase price was comparable to local purchase, purchased online because need was urgent and all were immediately available. But I would have saved hundreds by going to box store dent and ding isle instead. 3 out of 3 banged up? Seriously there is a problem somewhere.
