Pricing was great! I got all my appliances for our new home build for about $1800 less than other places I priced out. I was very happy with customer service and I was able to get a person on the phone each time I called to check on delivery. The 5 appliances I ordered arrived in perfect condition and packaged very well. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Thanks!

Order arrived in a timely fashion but I was disappointed in the quality of the cooktop so am returning that item to you. Quality is not your responsibility though, so place that with the manufacturer. I'm hoping my return of an item is as easy as the ordering was.

The prices at US Appliance were significantly cheaper than we could get anywhere else. We live in a pretty rural area so it was nice that we were able to have them shipped directly to our home. However, it took a LONG time to receive them, over a month. Their shipping estimates are 1-3 weeks except in extreme remote areas. When I ordered we were not on that list so I assumed we weren't but when I contacted customer service about why it was taking so long to reach us she said we were. So it partly took so long because we live in such a rural area but also one of the items I ordered was on backorder, although they didn't notify me of that when I ordered, and let me know only after I emailed customer service a weak after ordering and asked for an estimated shipping date. There was also a miscommunication between US Appliance and the shipping company. US Appliance told me that the shipping group would contact me to arrange delivery however I had to actually contact them. Unfortunately I didn't find this out until my washer and dryer sat in the warehouse three days. Because of this miscommunication my delivery date was pushed back later than it would have been. Customer service was also very rude when I contacted them to sort this out. However my washer and dryer arrived in a great condition and works great so far. I would likely order from this company again, I would just prepare myself to wait a long time and know that customer service would not be very helpful.

Easy to order. But with the dollar amount being spent, I had to re verify multiple times before hitting the submit button. Not really your fault, but would like to see product description linked to the checkout to be able to review before submitting. Just my.02
Easy, good price, can't beat free shipping! Arrived in perfect condition. Driver was friendly, polite, and courteous. The Verona glass top electric stove works great, looks great. It was in my house and working three days after I got the shipping e-mail, and I'm in North Carolina. Thanks folk!

Good prices, see how delivery goes. Shipping company forgot the refrigerator on their dock for a couple of weeks and only found it when I inquired. Also US-appliance only brings to ground level, not to floor that you may actually live on. No big deal on small appliance but a huge pain in the a... if it's a large appliance
