I bought this flag pole as a replacement for a flag pole which was destroyed during a particularly violent wind storm. The pole survived three hurricanes looked great up to the day it was wrecked. I contacted customer service as I could not find the same pole for sale. The customer service agent was able to locate the same pole, confirm shipping and process my order. I received my pole shortly thereafter was able to erect it within twenty minutes. While not the cheapest flag pole you can buy, the quality of the materials and the quality of the service I received makes my purchase a bargain. Seriously, very happy.

Instead of putting it in the ground, I slipped it over a 4 ft. Fence pole anchored in cement with PVC collars for a tight fit. But I could not lift the 25 ft. Pole to slide it on. With the help of 3 others and two stepladders, I got it on. Looks magnificent, and much more sturdy (and taller) than my old pole.
