The flag is too short so I emailed customer service which was very quick to respond; unfortunately the flag could not be replaced with the correct length as it was a supplier issue.

Easy order, fast shipping. I ordered the wall brackets, these were replacing the same thing ordered about 4 years ago. The old ones the spring steel broke and they rusted out very fast. I think they were only black oxide coated. These new ones are powder coated and hoping to last longer. The flags, we have 34 of them on our fence out front. I cut 5" off the stick this year due to having problems with them breaking and warping. No breaks, but the flags are fraying after about 5 weeks being out. Says no fray but they do. They are not very expensive, it is what it is.
