I ordered the US Army Retired flag and the "Solar powered spot light Truck" for my flagpole. The flag is fantastic, but the solar powered light is NOT solar! It has a very long power cord attached to it. How do I send it back to you?
The flag was delivered on time, but I think I'll use someone else next time since you need 100 words for your review. Any company that insecure doesn't deserve my business. Thanks

I assume the wooden finials were supposed to be glued to the 5' fiberglass poles. I had to wait on hold for over 20 minutes to find out if they were one piece because it doesn't say. There was glue inside the finials, but neither of them were attached.
The 1.25" metal rings were a risky buy because I wasn't sure if they meant that they were for 1.25" poles (which I didn't see on the site) or whether they were just oversized for 1" poles to allow for them to spin in the wind. They measure almost 1.5". I wondered why they didn't offer ones that are for 1" poles, which is what I'm sure most people buy for front porch mounted flags. Given that they have a lot of flag products I would've thought that they would carry more itemssince I had to complete my flag/pole needs on Amazon with some pretty common items, like a pair of aluminum ring stop/holders that will not break eventually like the white plastic ones.
I am so pleased with this company. Their service, whether on the phone or via the internet, their service is stellar.
Their delivery is also amazing, which is terrific since their product is wonderful. I hang my flags out all year long.
The wrong flag was sent last time but I liked it so much that I kept it and then ordered this one. I love the "Heritage Series" flags!
I am not happy with my experience. I ordered a personalized flag case on the 14th of this month. I paid the extra $15 for faster shipping hoping it would only take a few days to get here as it was a gift. It is now the 25th and it still shows backordered on the website. I called and sat on hold for 43 minutes before I got to a representative to let me know that it will most likely be another 2 weeks. This is not good and I would have gone somewhere else if I had known it would take this long.
Product appears to be good but very slow on delivery and not delivered on time as per the order was told we would receive a flag in a separate delivery and it to date has not shown up

Ive ordered flags and parts for many years. Great pricing for the product. The order was easily made on line. The packaging protected the items inside. The order took only a few days to arrive. The flags USA, POW and ARMY fly easy in a light breeze and look great. As usual, some care and maintenance needs to be followed especially in Nevada weather (ie., sun and wind)
Ordered and purchased 170 12" X 18" flags for lining a street. Ordering was exceptionally easy, selection huge and quality of flags exceeded all expectations.
The flag is heavy duty with excellent construction. The seams are sewn very well. Colors are brilliant. We will see how it lasts in the Lake Erie winds.

I placed an order on line and had a problem entering a code for 10% off because I used PayPal to check out. I was hoping the flags would be here by now, it been a week. But nothing accept this request for a review of my experience. I have sent 2 messages to customer service and stood on hold for more than 30 min. With no help. ANy body home there?
As a district, we do not have a lot of money to purchase things for instruction, let alone flags. While it is a requirement to have flags in every classroom in Texas, we did not have holders or matching flags. US Flag Store, with their reasonable prices, gave us the ability to purchase the same size flags and holders for every classroom.
