Quality of the product wasn't the best but in line with the cost. We had some weather the day I received the flag kit and the base broke in the wind.
I bought two flags on April 25,2018, and they are ripped already, they mislead on the information that they will hold high wind, I bough them because they will last 3 years and they only last 2 months, after I called the customer service people and been on hold for 35 minutes, they told me that they were sorry but they can not do anything about it, so if you want to waste your money buy from this company, but I will never buy anything for them ever again.
Have ordered in past with no problems, but this time some "snafoos", but did get products. Customer service reps were VERY NICE and were able to resolve problem and they followed thru with PROMPT feedback to me on getting products shipped. Customer service was GREAT.

This flag pole is an excellent product. The only thing that could make this purchase a little better is to include the instructions within the box. They are available online but not everyone has the means to view and print them.

Ordered England flags needed in time for world cup semi-finals so time limited. Used two day service, flags arrived on time and were proudly displayed in our store on Big Bear Lake. Shame we lost in the end!
I am a flag collector from the full size to the smaller desk size flags. I recently purchased several of the smaller size flags. They arrived in good condition and look great on my desk. The shipping was reasonable.
Took longer to receive than originally anticipated. When placing order I read I'd receive within 1-2 days not a week. But, in the end, I did receive them. I guess it'd be DHL to blame (maybe) not United States Flag Store... hmmmm.
Delivery and customer service were another matter. I attempted to call customer service on 4 different occasions, at different times of day, and each time I got an automated call that said they were experiencing high call volume and there would be a 20 minute wait. As for delivery, I received an email saying that delivery was attempted but could not be made. Doing a search, I found that the flag and pole were at my post office, which is 11 miles away (I live in the country). I had to go to the post office and pick it up, because the mail carrier couldn't fit the 7 foot box in the jeep used to make mail deliveries. I suppose if I had chosen the much more expensive 2 day or next day delivery options, this could have been avoided.
This is the second flag that we have purchased from this company and are impressed with the quality of the materials. We actually received the order before it was promised and had it installed and flying before July 4th! Thank you, Ron & Andrea, Peculiar MO.
California flags and Azores flag were nicely packaged, but the Liechtenstein and Republic of San Marino flags were rolled and wrinkled.

Site said it was "in stock" after ordering, site says it is backordered. After numerous e-mails and phone calls, they said they would expedite it. No expedite and no answered e-mails, cancelled order. How these clowns stay in business is simple, lie, lie and dodge.
I liked the site and the tutorial on the flags to make sure I got the best for my application. I did, however, choose the expedited shipping so I could get the flags on July 2 in time for the 4th. Sadly I did not get them until the 5th.
