It's a gift. I wish I'd bought one for myself. The durability is super. We fly our flags 24/7 and although this hasn't been used it, the construction and material I eel will hold up compared to the ones we've been flying.

All items arrived (one day ahead of schedule). The new arrangement looks great. 8' center pole with eagle finial with 7' poles on flanks with spear finials. Flags are 3x5. The base is very heavy. No chance of it falling over. Everything arrived well-packaged and took about 30 minutes to assemble.
The items I received were very nice and well packaged. Communications was very poor and the tracking numbers were useless. It would of been good if shipper had indicated items being shipped separately.
It looks like i've received a Cuban flag that somebody else returned ( it has a hole).
The flag is cotton and double/triple stitched. Should last a lot longer than the nylon flag we replaced.

I love to fly my flag year round so I needed to find a flag that could stand up to the conditions. I ordered 1 each of the 3 that seemed most likely to be what I needed. Just touching them I knew I found some good quality flags.
I ordered a shipment a week ago and it was supposed to be a guaranteed delivery on a Saturday since I had an event on the following Wed. It never arrived when I called the phone number the associates seem like they can not do anything because they have their hands tied. When they tried to talk with a manager they never got back to the associate. One associate told me they will try to get the manager to over night the order for me. I called the next day to see if this was done since she said if you don't hear from me that we have overnighted it. This did not happen the manager never even got back to her. I also emailed them several times with no response. When I asked for a manager to help she proceeded to tell me that the person who was supposed to ship them did not ship them on time and they were closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I will get my shipment Thursday though. I needed this order in time for a movie premier event. She than said well maybe you can go to the post office and pick it up. Other than them being nice this is not how customer service works. When you have an issue you rectify the situation. I know fed ex can overnight an order and get it to you in a specific time. I work with them alot. If I knew this would happen I would have over nighted it instead but again apparently their shipping people can not do their job. The manager did say she would take care of the shipping wow 5 dollars and 10 percent off my order wow another 6 bucks. I don't care about that I needed my order. I am very disappointed and will not ever recommend this place to anyone to buy their pins unless they are willing to have their shipping up in the air and talk to people who really can not help. Again they are nice on the phone but the customer service is terrible.
It is what I expected and maybe a little more. I am indeed grateful. Now I can re raise my flag. Thank you for shipping it in a timely manner.
