Flag was even better than I expected and I received it pretty darn quickly! These folks have my vote!

Flag was supposed to be sent automatically when returned was received. That didn't happen even though I was told it was in computer and would be done automatically.
Customer service takes 20 minutes on hold. I gave up and just ordered a new flag.

The website to order the flags was easy to use and the flags ordered arrived in good time. I'm sure I will be ordering again in the future. Thank you...

The pole arrived, but neither the flag nor the clips nor the ring were in the box
Along with the pole. That meant that I had to pull all those things off my old,
Dirty, warped pole to make the new one do its thing. And I did! Also--I tossed
The old flag in the washing machine before I put it back on the new pole.
So--between your new pole and my ingenuity, my old flag is flying proudly
Again.

Received my flag and it was very well packaged. I did receive a couple State flags earlier this year and they were tightly wrapped around the stick, made it very hard to flatten out. All the other flags came in their own plastic bag, were flat and well packaged.

I received my order, American flags and Slovak flags and everything is O. K., thank you. I like the flags and the service was good, too.

I like the quality of this flag. It looks like it will withstand the wind in my area. We mounted it on a grain bin so time will tell how long it will last.

United States Flag Company has ALWAYS provided the highest quality flags. I will continue to use their flags.

The website was very helpful in deciding the proper size and material for our purpose. It will be proudly displayed on a 35 foot pole at St Lawrence Catholic School in Lawrenceburg IN.
