Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. I have ordered these windsocks before and my experience was the same.
I phoned to get help. I guess I didn't mention that my flag goes on the pole via 2 grommets on the flag. When I phoned again to ask how to attach the flag, I was told this pole is for flags that slide onto the pole. So I had to buy another accessory for the flag to be mounted, specifically "AEZI1 EZ Mount Plastic Clips" - plus shipping. I am waiting on delivery of those to see if it all works. It would have been better to have included how the flag attaches in the initial conversation then the shipping for the Clips would not have been extra cost for me..

Well so far so good. I fly a flag outside 365. Have to replace them about every 6 months. I'll have a better ideal come the 6 month mark to which I would gladly re-evaluate. The look and apparent craftsmanship is better than any I've previously got so we will see.
