We received two floor stands in our order– Metallic Gold Super Tough Brand. One was very poorly painted, finished with globs and runs. We contacted the company and had to take pictures and ship it back to receive a replacement. The quality of the flags is ok. The fringe is a little cheaply made compared to flags I've had in the past. The quality of the flagpoles we ordered was very good. They were the 8ft. Oak, indoor.

Ordered a 3x6' fan. The fan that arrived was 8 inches short, and the top seam was not canvas like advertised. Wanted to return and sales people say they don't give refunds. This is incredible- you send me an item that is smaller than advertised and not the quality that was advertised and now you expect me to pa for shipping to return it. That is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
