I am a longtime customer who has ordered a lot of cemetery flags from you. This is the very first time I gave felt the quality of them was lower. They are usually top notch. This time they were ok. We had several that broke or a staple gave way on the flag. Never had problems on past years.
The website was easy to navigate, and order process was simple. The installation video on the website does not match the actual installation of the pole that I received. The on-line video shows that the PVC tube being placed has a diameter larger than the pole, and then wood shims are used to close the gap and position the pole once it is inserted into the PVC tube. That was not the case on the pole I received, and there is no way to adjust plumb on the pole of the concrete shifts post installation. Also, the powder coating on the pole is not great. Where the 3 segments join together, the powder coating is not applied right through, and once the pole was assembled, a silver line can be seen at each segment where there is no powder coating. Finally, the flag I ordered for the pole was made in CHINA. Not cool. The material was very rigged, and the colors of the flag were off slightly. Due to the rigid fabric, the fabric did not wave in the wind well. I purchased a second flag, made in the USA, from a local vendor.
Website was easy to navigate and product had a clear description and videos to better understand installation requirements prior to purchasing
The Barbados flag is beautiful. I was disappointed with the American flag. The quality was not the same
Here's a suggestion. Send a return envelope with the flags to be able to return our tattered flags to you all for proper disposal. Could be a good service for customers, as well as a tag to advertise for more business.
I bought 100 mini flags to handout at a Memorial Day parade and it was quick and easy to order on your website. Even better, it arrived sooner than expected.
