Ordering online was easy and flags were shipped quickly. However, the box the flags were shipped in looked like the pony express rider had dragged the box behind his horse across the country. Fortunately, all the merchandise was intact.

Not good, sticks on stick flags were far shorter than other companies products. 4 3/4 inches shorter as a matter of fact.

We wanted a larger flag for our flagpole, so we ordered an 8' x 12', and we are extremely happy with the quality and service that we received. If we ever need another flag, this will be where we order from again.
I've ordered this flag several times now. It is hanging outside 365 days/year. I usually need a new one about once a year. It's not shredded or anything, the colors just start to fade. I have no complaints.

The pole I ordered was incompatible with my flag's grommets and may have been missing pieces to secure my flag to it.

The delivery was great. It got here very fast. But the Oregon Flag is a two sided Flag not a one sided flag. The Oregon Beaver is on the back. I will use my flag but it is not correct.

All good except the boxes were falling apart upon delivery. Only one flag was broken though.
