Your flags were the best looking small ground flags in the neighborhood. All the others had the flag material dropping to the ground because the sticks were not tall enough to support the fabric upright.

I'm very happy with the flag pole although I am not happy with the shipping charges. I paid $150 to have the flag pole shipped express for it to be shipped UPS regular now maybe I was in an area where I was going to get it overnight but then you shouldn't charge Xpress charges. I ran the shipping department for 30 years and this is unacceptable. I did call and talk to the girl and she told me there was nothing she could do but this is inexcusable.
