The eyelets are further apart than 3 feet so it is flying sloppily. I need to move the lower hasp to make it fly appropriately. (Not a big deal except I am recovering from leg surgery and have not been able to do it),

This would have been 5 stars, but the order was late. I asked about the delivery date and they asked me if I wanted to cancel my order. If you are planning a memorial service for a loved one, you might not get your estimated delivery date. Mine was three weeks after the original date.
I first ordered the case in Sept. I never got notification that it was on back order. I called when we were close to a month out and was told it would probably be in around the end of the year. Sister in law ordered another case from Amazon which we received in less than a week. It is beautiful and has the name plaque attached with matching nails. I tried to stop this order but was told it was already shipped. Got it and had to rummage around the box for the plaque (not attached) and case looked poorly constructred. I sent it back yesterday. Very poor quality for something made in the USA.
Flags were easy to order over the phone and shipping and delivery was prompt. We are very satisified.
