This was a Christmas present from my wife (just opened yesterday) to replace my old Marine Corp flag that was store purchased about 15 plus years ago. This one is much better quality with heavily stitched edge's and better material overall compared to the store bought one I had, which did not survive a recent wind storm.
Good as expected, I am a retired Navy Veteran, I deal with people and have what I consider my expectations to be routine and need not comment further, however if they are not met, I do make complaints. On the other hand, I do refer others if the subject ever comms up.
I was looking for a strong, durable flag for any type of weather. This fit the requirements.

I've been waiting several weeks for the veterans seal to put on my father's grave, I am yet to receive it.
The ordering process was super easy. I purchased 4 flags and the quality was great for all of them. Items arrived pretty quickly!

I purchased an American flag for the purpose of displaying it in the Jefferson Folded flag Case that I also purchased from you. My wife and I spent over an hour trying to fold the flag as directed in your utube video. Our conclusion is that the flag was incorrectlly sewn making it impossible to fold the flag and only show stars. I will be calling you after Christmas for a refund.
