I was very pleased to be able to speak to a customer service representative to place my order. The representative told me that 2 of the stick flags were not in stock. It was a much easier communication process than placing an order online, thinking you're going to get all merchandise that was ordered. The representative answered the phone immediately and was very cordial. The prices were fair and in some cases very reasonable, and the order arrived timely.
Also, an email was sent to me immediately indicating the individual flags that were going to be shipped.

Ordered the flag on line and recieved in a timely manner. The flag is very well maid. I have it on my porch were i have it flying all year long. Its light at night and it looks fantastic. Would recommend to any one that is looking for a well built and high quality American flag made in the us.

The flag case was well made but the finish was a little light and streaked. Touched up the finish with old English polish for dark wood and added navy seals at each end. Also no way to secure the base to the holder
