We ordered 500pins and were told they did not have enough stock. When calling your team, they found enough at another warehouse and shipped from both places to get enough. Timely and solved our problem.
Because there were not enough in one warehouse, they sent a message saying they could not fulfill it. Your customer service was smart enough to check a second warehouse and there were more than enough to augment and complete our order. Humans save the day. These arrived around the holiday from the two warehouses.
