Phenomenal is all I can say. When I first order my wig, I order the wrong size (my first time ever ordering and wearing a wig) so I returned it, after many pics attempts I finally did a video, showing the wig was unused. But throughout the process the communication was A freakin 1 okkk. Finally returned it. I stressed to customer service that I order the wig for my birthday and I needed it by then. They gave me an option for express shipping which I didn't want to pay. They sent it out 2day mail and let's just say, I got the wig a day before my trip. And the quality of the wig omggggg the lace just melted on my forehead. I will be a returning customer. The wig is nicer but the customer service was beyond nice

I want to love this unit. The hair itself is beautiful and full. However, it just doesn't fit my head well. I don't if it's to small or a little big! It ripples in the back toward the top of my head,but then barely comes to my edges. I've been using Bobby pins to hold it down...it's annoying. I think the only way I can comfortably wear this hair is to get it sewed down. Kinda disappointed and this was my first unit from UNice!
