I originally ordered 3 bundles and a closure. I received the hair and loved the texture however the bundles were a bit slim for my taste. I ordered a beautiful Yaki wig. Unfortunately the unit would not hold a curl. I contacted customer service and they gave me tips to resolve the issue…long story short, they allowed me to return the unit (shipping was on me) and I could pick a unit. It was shipped right away. I am very excited to have another one of their products.
